Die Lage war top!

Ich habe extra eine Premium Kategorie gebucht und war im Glauben mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm, leider wurde mir nur eins vor Ort gegen Aufpreis angeboten.

Pas de restaurant et donc pas de room service

O hotel possui uma localização perfeita: ao lado da torre. A recepção linda, aquecida, recepcionistas muito agradáveis. O quarto possui um bom tamanho e tinha cápsulas de café, máquina e todos os itens de frigobar foram gratuitos. O quarto oferecia roupão e uma excelente roupa de cama. Nada a reclamar do hotel. Um espetáculo!

O valor para diária com café da manhã é muito alto. Cobraram 20 euros por pessoa pagando no local, muito caro!

Fab location, lovely staff, comfy waiting area, excellent luggage service.

We stayed here 10 years ago and the room has not changed. It is very out dated. The value for money is terrible, even down to the coffee in the room and ammenities etc …. For $500 a night I expected a little more….. and I chose this room for a view …. Didn’t even get that - except for the back alley view. I had emailed them and didn’t even get a reply.

Location and hotel facilities were excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help.

Breakfast was not functional, The layout didn't make it easy to locate things like milk and to dispose of rubbish at the drinks machine

Paper cup in the room for a coffee and no milk provided. Towels old and small. Rome was smalle and needed a spruce up.

Excellent location, right near the tower and walking distance to a lot of spots or the metro as well. Comfy and clean bed/room.

Coffee pods provided in room but no milk is provided..(note. It's probably better coffee than most of the Paris restaurants, do research and look for the Australian style cafes there are a few that do great coffee and not just a marshmallow milk cup with a drop of coffee 😵‍💫). Room configuration is a bit strange with separate bathroom/toilet but awkward doors opening out into the tight hall.. doesn't ruin the stay though. Quite expensive for a standard hotel room- tour Dr France was on while we were there so hopefully normal prices are a bit cheaper.. we paid $385 a night for deluxe room (no tower view)

For the 2nd year running, restaurant isn't open, and you don't know unless you ask. The board outside doesn't say anything either.

The location very convenient. Very close to Eiffel Tower. The room is small but for 2 people the room is good enough. The receptionist are very friendly and very helpful.

The hotel needs an update. The gym was not working at all with a lot of broken equipment. The toilet holder was hanging off the wall

The taxi I booked thru Booking .com was a disaster. I have complained and still there is no response

Great location, friendly staff, pleasant environment and clean rooms. Luis was great. He helped us getting a cab to the airport and assisted with logistics during our stay in Paris. Thank you so much!

I had a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower

location is close to the Eiffel Tower, and also to the Seine river. excellent breakfasts with 4 different croissants.

nothing worked. air conditioner on 5 degC but room was stuffy and hot. opened window and got mosquitos. hair dryer didn’t work. plugs stuck closed and water stayed in bath and sink. cracked tiles in bathroom. no milk supplied for making yes, staff said I would have to pay for a mini bar to get milk. usb charging ports didn’t work. cleaning staff regularity forgot to make the bed, replace towels, vaccine the floor. one even left the door open , wedged with towels, while I was out, leaving the room vulnerable to theft. I found the room open with no staff to be found. 30 minutes later, cleaning staff still had not returned. they left the hotel master key in the slot, also with the toon open. no explanation was given when I explained. ‘Fawlty Towers’ comes to mind. 8 nights, lurching from incomplete cleaning, hot room, and malfunctioning infrastructure and equipment.
