The spa very basic and had no service - jacuzzi cold - overall not the feeling of a Spa

Adorable stuff: starting from meeting to restaurant.
The housekeeping ever: they even put you cosmetics with same distance in small towel.
Breakfasts the same all day but always enough and good quality of food.
The location is love - if you want to feel real France.

L'hôtel offre un cadre paisible et raffiné, parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Ses chambres confortables et premium s'ouvrent sur un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur la nature environnante.
La prise en charge de la voiture et la charge gratuite sont un + appréciable.
Les murs laissaient entendre des disputes d'une famille dans une suite du dessus... et les enfants qui pleuraient...
Le prix pour l'animal de compagnie de 8kg qui ne perd ni poils ni aboie, et reste calme en toute circonstance est trop élevé.

Overall it was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet.
The coffee cups in the room are not for espresso. They are big and not fitting the coffee machine. There must be a lack of experienced staff. IN the restaurant there were many young apprentices - which is fine - but need more confidence. The service was a bit long.

The AC didn’t work in our room and it was very hot. The window was tiny.

Everything was really perfect.. the food, the location, and staff all perfect.

Located in greens, it gives you the calming sensation. There is also a nice walking trail which we enjoyed. The bellboy also have us information on small historical details as he walked us to our room which is very nice to have, appreciated.
Morning breakfast had everything but it was very limited selection. First morning we asked for an omlette which didn’t arrive. First night we had dinner on the easy going bar-restaurant and it was hard to find a table. In such a high class hotel, I would expect it to be not a stress for clients. The service was good and there was live jazz band. But the food, although it looked good, taste wise it was mediocre. The food lacked taste, you felt the meat was just been defrosted etc. For the price of the food, I expected an ‘mmmh’ taste.
