Very happy with everything!! Location was great, would definitely book again.

Our room was close to the road, but was by no means a problem.

Wir wurden leider in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, was genau hierfür der Grund war, kann ich nicht sagen. Was aber sehr schade war, dass wir dann relativ ‘alleine’ gelassen wurden. Die neue Unterkunft war deutlich weiter vom Busbahnhof entfernt und es hat sich keiner darum gekümmert, dass wir zum neuen Hotel kommen. Sehr geärgert haben wir uns auch bezüglich der Spa Möglichkeiten. Zunächst einmal ist der Spa Aufenthalt auf 2h begrenzt, was ich nirgendwo auf der Booking Website gesehen habe. Im Umgebuchten Hotel war es dann sogar nur 1h und niemand hat sich dafür verantwortlich gefühlt, uns hier den selben Service zu bieten wie ursprünglich gebucht. Sehr schade! Wenn es schon Umbuchungen geben muss, dann erwarte ich wenigstens den selben Service.

The view from the room is fantastic, the spa is so clean and also with beautiful views, the breakfast was amazing, all staff were so helpful and friendly.

The room size very small, there is no fridge in the room. The staff aren’t very helpful. The price was high.

Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping strip, restaurants, central bus station yet quiet.

It was brutally hot this summer. I wished there is air condition in the hotel. Unfortunately, I guess like most (if not all) hotels in the region air conditioning is a rare commodity.

Mont Blanc view from our room as well as breakfast area was great. We enjoyed very much. Highly recommended.

Location, staff, cleanliness

Beautiful view from room balcony. Good location, could walk to Aiguille du Midi gondola. Very nice breakfast, helpful staff. They did have parking in a tiny garage. They also gave you nice complimentary glass insullated water bottles and had a purified water filling station in the lobby.

Very comfortable and a lovely view of Mont Blanc from my room. Heater worked well, coffee pods and machine in the room. Clean and decent size bathroom Breakfast was also a good selection

No English channels on the tv other than Bloomberg

Friendly, welcoming staff at reception. We were booked in quickly on arrival and although we arrived at 1pm and check in was not until 4pm, our room was ready for us. We hadn't paid the extra to be facing Mount Blanc but we were given a room on that side of the hotel which was a real bonus and we were grateful for this. Breakfast was perfect mix and again staff were very helpful.

Twin bed a little narrow.

A large room with a wonderful view and a large comfortable bed. Excellent pillows! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the location was perfect for us. A most enjoyable stay.

Our only query was as towhy it was necessary to vacuum the bar in the evening when people were having drinks there.

The rooms felt modern and clean. We were on the 7th floor and had a balcony and great view over the mountains. There was also a big radiator we could control which kept it toasty. It's about a minute from the town and some great restaurants (would recommend booking in advance) The location is OK for the ski slopes but not amazing if you're only doing a weekend trip. It's very close to the bus stop that takes you to the various lifts but nothing is in walking distance with skis. The main brevant cable car is geographically close but actually up such a steep hill it'd be a struggle in ski boots (we walked down not up).

Ski lockers: The ski locker set up is poorly planned, which is surprising for a ski hotel! There aren't nearly enough lockers (maybe 50?) for the number of rooms. It's a bit of a free for all and meant we had to leave the skiis in a locker without a lock and take anything else up to our room. We had rental skiis which were insured but if you had your own this would have felt risky. One locker per room shouldn't be a stretch. Late checkout: The weather had been very snowy the days we were there so we didn't get as much skiing as we'd liked. We asked if we could checkout 2 hours later on our last day (at 1pm instead of 11am) so that we could ski in the morning. The first person we spoke to said it wouldn't be possible at all. We asked someone else the following day and they said it would only be possible to say on the morning of that last day. This was pretty unhelpful, the hotel doesn't have a spa so there aren't showers that can be used outside of the rooms. Given what must be a fairly common use case I was suprised they didn't have a better way to deal with this. Again adds to the issue with the location that this isn't well set up for a weekend trip where every hour counts!

Location to village.

The hotel was great! From the balcony you can see the beautiful mountains. It's easy to go to the city centre. Just a few steps. The hotel let's you enter your room at 4PM, but I came early went to the city to wait and thy called me by phone to say they arranged a room earlier. This is something that really makes the difference! The room was always clean and well made. They have ski lockers free. Wifi works well and they have a good restaurant inside.

I don't think I can mention something to improve their quality. I can say that next time I will stay again at this hotel.
