Staff during the day was very rude. They didn’t greet us nor thanked us when we left They overcharged us for taxi when they booked it and told us it was a flat fee - and there was a sticker for the Fee in taxi window. Oh and I asked the front desk lady for some change. She opens the drawer in front of me full of coins and tells me flat to my face she doesn’t have any coins. It was right in front of me. I was trying to get some $1 but she would only give me bills $5 and up.
