The spa amenities and the room location were outstanding. We were in the spa side first floor overlooking Mont-Blanc!

I wish we could have stayed longer and that there was cream for the coffee in the room.

A piscina, jacuzzi, tudo foi otimo, os quartos, sala de jogo, spa, quarto grande, espaçoso. Café da manha generoso. 😃😄😁

Demora demais pra liberar o quarto, so podia ir na piscina, ou no spa depois que libera-se a chave do quarto, nao ha telefone no corredor dos andares, as chaves do quarto sempre da problema, eu fui de toalha enrolada no corpo trocar de chave. Enquanto esperava liberar o quarto nem café, nem agua oferece 😘🤑😎😤😡👎👎🛀🛀🏊‍♂️ Liberar o quarto as 16h nao faz 24 h de diaria. Dommage

malheureusement, j’ai constaté un certain manque de professionnalisme de la part du personnel à l’accueil. J’ai eu l’impression que certains employés manquait d’expérience et peu en clin à la convivialité. Ce qui ai eu un impact sur la qualité du service. Leur attitude était toujours peu accueillante et cela a vraiment altéré mon ressenti général. De plus, j’ai été désagréablement, surpris par le bruit généré par les femmes de chambre. Dès le matin, le vacarme m’a perturbé. J’estime qu’un cadre hôtelier devrait offrir un environnement reposant et malheureusement ce n’a pas été le cas de mon séjour.

Super Lage, Frühstück war super.

Zimmer sollten die schmutzigen Teppiche raus. Spa Damen gebeten Hammam Boden zu Putzen. War grausig. Bin nicht rein. Nächster Tag, sah es immer noch so aus. Die Damen hat es nicht interessiert. Ich musste meine Badesschuhe abgeben, alle Japaner waren mit Strassenschuhe drin. Sonnenliegen draussen schmutzig, Boden schmutzig. Mussten Barfuss laufen. sind drinnen kurz gelegen. Kein Schlauch für Sitzfläche zum abspritzen im Hammam. Alles leider sehr unhygienisch. Nach Check out riefen sie Stunden später an, wir müssen Parkhaus bezahlen. Unser Auto steht drin. All so Sachen. Für uns ein klares. Nein Danke

house keeping didn't visit us for the entire trip they didnt clean the room also the staff was not helpful i tried to ask them about activities to do (cable car) to go to the mountains and one of the staff said she was too busy i should go to a tourist office and she was not busy just chatting with other staff members
