La chambre très bien propre et très calme.
Le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux.
On a pas pris de repas.
Les draps n'ont pas été changés durant tout le séjour et le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avons aimé le lieu qui est vraiment adapté pour tous les membres de la famille ( salle de jeux, piscine, terrasse et lounge pour se détendre).
Il y a eu quelques malentendus de la part du personnel lors de l'enregistrement mais dès que nous leur en avons parlé, ils ont su trouvé des solutions adaptées.
Tout le personnel s'est montré avenant et chaleureux ce qui a contribué en partie à rendre notre séjour agréable.
Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement le manager José, pour son écoute et son amabilité et ce malgré une forte fréquentation de l'hôtel.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié que la douche de la piscine ne fonctionne pas et que le pédicure soit vide.

The hotel is going through a refit and looking fairly smart. The pool was unfortunately unavailable as it was too early in the season.
At previous stays the hotels were aimed at families and so the restaurant opened early enough for youngsters to eat. This hotel was more directed at business users or adult clients. 7.30 was just too late for a'2 Yr old.

Hotel im Umbau. Hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Super schön gestalteter Barberrich. Tolles liebevolles und hochwertiges Frühstück. Netter Empfang. Mit Hund kann man gut im fast angrenzenden Wald spazieren gehen.

Good location and free and plentiful parking.
Room decor was very tired and carpets were dirty and stained.
The staff only grudgingly opened the pool when asked. The table football was broken.

As you walk in, posters remind you of the metamorphosis this place is about to go through. Next year, it’ll be smarter, more comfortable, with plenty of jazz hands. It’ll shed its corporate reception desk, its exhausted look and feel, the TV that won’t turn on and the old school shower. I hope the forest view we could see from our window will remain. The gate to it suggests meditative walks. But we opted for a nearby restaurant after making the most of the swimming pool.
The grand canyon size pot hole in the car park was quite daunting. Maybe a portal to another world, we thought x

We used the hotel for a stop during our drive from Bretagne to home. It was really sufficiënt for that. The pool, table tennis, table football and little playground were perfect for the kids to blow off some steam. The staff was so nice and friendly, it really stood out.
It can use a proper cleaning and some renovation. The shower was outdated with a shower curtain. The toilet was also outdated.

In general the hotel is very tired and needs extensive refurbishment, not all in one go. Main feelings, there is not enough staff to deal with the amount of traffic especially on a weekend when the hotel has coaches arriving for prebooked meals and conferences. Hotel is in a very good location.

Main intension of booking the hotel is to use the swimming pool. It was closed and we never know about it.

Shower curtain, but you have already indicated that bathrooms will be renovated next year.
We stayed in room 122 on 11 April and the same room a week later on 18 April. Both times there wasno soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. We had to use shower gel to washour hands.

Fresh clean and well maintained public areas. The staff were lovely and very efficient, welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two very good vegetarian meals which were freshly prepared with good quality ingredients, something one doesn’t often find. Enjoyed our short travel stop in St Etienne for a second time and we will return
