Very small room. Small elevator, but hotel was not crowded in April.

Mario, the manager, was extremely welcoming, helpful, and efficient. He spoke good English, helped us with information and advice. He also let us leave bags in the hotel safe room after we had checked out. All in all, I would rate him very highly for customer service.

There was nothing about the room or service I would fault.

Used this hotel as a base when attending a PSG match. The hotel is a 20 minute walk away from the stadium and is next door to a metro station with easy access to central Paris. There are a large number of restaurants near by so not shortage of food options.

Facilities were basic. No evening meal options. Not overly concerning given the other options in the area but after a long day travelling it would have been nice to relax in the hotel instead of heading out for food.

We were really happy with our stay at the Best Western Select. We arrived late afternoon on New Year's Eve and were lucky enough to get one if the last parking spaces in the private garage situated to the rear of the premises. Which was really convenient. The hotel is about 100m to 150m from the nearest metro station. 10 stops takes you to Trocadero and a few more and you're on Champs Elyses. The room, a triple, was clean and well laid out. With a shower room and a separate toilet. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were really smooth.

I didn't like the breakfast. There was nothing hot, only toast and ham. No eggs, no sausages, no omelettes...

the property is conveniently located few meters away from metro station, shopping joints and restaurants. A lil away from central’s hustle bustle but quick access to the city center due to the metro and taxi cabs. lovely property. The staff was courteous and very helpful

bkfast options are not so much, but helps you get through till your next meal incase of an early start.

I didn't like breakfasts. No eggs, bacon, sausages for breakfast. At least scrsmbled eggs are pretty standard even in cheaper and worse hotels. Coffee from pods with terrible taste

We had a great time during our stay. We were very happy with the room - it was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the bathroom was also very clean. The location was perfect - there was a metro station right in front of the hotel, providing a quick connection to the city center.

It was clean and tidy though the rooms were quite small. We were over for a festival and it served this purpose well. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle but no where to really sit. It was very near to the metro so really easy to get about Paris. Staff were very helpful and friendly and front desk staffed all night so felt very safe.

Thought it was a little "corporate". There was a kettle inthe room but only one mug. Given the rooms were small it would have been nice if the lounge downstairs had tea and coffee making facilities
