Hotel room was spacious, very clean and overall comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to a metro line, from where you can reach directly Trocadero. The beds were extremly comfortable, we really had a relaxing sleep. The breakfast was very pleasant, since there was a loy of variety in the food and drink products. The parking of the hotel is close to the building.

The elevator is quite old and small, you can barely fit a bigger piece of luggage there.

Reception is super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with check-in time, and they were super understanding and helped us make it. The room is comfy for 3 people, bathroom is big enough and towels and toiletries are provided.

The hotel was very clean if somewhat plain. It is located very close to the metro, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Reception hours were sometimes inconvenient. No coffee maker in the room, though instant coffee and a kettle were provided.

Bed is slightly uncomfortable because it's made of two mattresses, and one tends to sink on the space between them.

It was well located near to shops, transport, etc. It was also near to relatives we were visiting. It was clean, well maintained and facilities were very good. Also, staff were super nice.

The only drawback was that I found the lift very compact, but then most of the lifts in Paris are all a little too compact for me.

Staff at the hotel were wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. I asked to change rooms after the first night because the heating/air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. I was given a different room where the heating was a lot quieter and I was able to sleep properly.

The water in the shower wasn't really warm. The first two days it was at best lukewarm. Then on the third morning there was only cold water coming out of the taps but of course I still had to shower and wash my hair somehow. Which would be ok when I'm staying at a campsite in the middle of summer. But when I've got to get ready for work on a cold November morning and I'm paying over 100 EUR/night, I really want warm water for my shower.

staff are really friendly and the room was amazing for what you pay. the walk to the nearest bus stop and metro station is short. lots of great restaurants nearby and a lots of choices for supermarkets

We stayed in the hotel with my colleagues for a time of a conference. The rooms were nice and clean, and Ginger the receptionist was really kind and helpful during our stay.

Unfortunately the staff does not speak English well, so we had several misunderstandings when issuing the invoice, which was handled by the manager a bit rudely. Except this we had a great time in the hotel and were satisfied with accommodation.
