Un petit charme suranné et très agréable! Malgré une décoration un peu passée le charme de l’établissement est conservé. Le personnel est très agréable et l hôtel est idéalement située. La propreté est impeccable.l emplacement est parfait et les vues sur le leman magnifique. La terrasse du restaurant est très charmante et les chambres sont spacieuses!

The area and the hotel had a very elegant setting...it was very peaceful and calm....the staff were lovely...we spent 4 nights there and would go back....the food was so good too.
We felt the hotel could do with a little tlc in places and this could be done without losing it's lovely charm.

Nous étions pour le mariage de ma fille toit c'est bien passé le personnei gentil l'endroit est magnifique une terrasse exterieure romantique avis au romantiques de la nature ..
Les chambres trés jolies pour ma part 'jy retournerai même mon chat était heureux la vue sur le lac....
Et tout y était pour vous doucher peignoir savo et accessoir et trés spacieux ..
Je reccommande vivement ..un endroit magnifique..

La propreté, la grande qualité des ’équipements, de la literie notamment, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et le service de navette vraiment génial
La déco qui peut paraître un peu vieillotte mais qui a son charme
Le restaurant La Table avec un rapport qualité prix franchement discutable, un service beaucoup trop rapide pour cette gamme de restaurants. Nous avons l’habitude de ce genre d’établissement et avons été franchement déçus.

Service at dinner was appalling. There was no service available at the pool bar earlier in the day and we were told that there was not really a bar and that we should go to an alternative hotel!

Character and charm which is hard to compare with newer hotels, the aged look of the grounds is like a storybook. A treasured experience to consider when booking in Evian. Quiet location, very relaxing.
Bathroom need renovation and or more up keep. Mattresses are hit or miss in terms of comfort. But overall not the worst. Regardless it was a quiet and restful sleep.

Highly recommend for a romantic weekend. The hotel is located in the middle of nature. It’s calm. staff is super nice and the room very large and comfortable.

the pool was closed in the morning. After we have complained and asked for some compensation, we have received a free breakfast for one person.

We’ve booked La Verniaz hotel, but it was some issue with it and we very placed at the Ermitage hotel.
Exceptional service! The attitude to the guests as for VIP persons. Was very pleasant.
Love the design of this place. Also want to note nice park and the territory, good cosmetics in the rooms and in SPA.

The room was very big, nice and clean.. Always warm although the weather was really cold. The price was also very good.. Beautiful room at a beautiful place
The only thing that i didnt like was that the hotel's restaurant was closed and if you were hungry you should go to another hotel.

It was a complex of buildings in a nice setting. We did not use the pool or breakfast, but did have a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Staff was great. The room had what we needed. The woman at check-in spoke English and was very helpful and pleasant. She was a great start to our trip!
