Sehr gute Lage nahe der Autobahn. Zimmer sauber und mit Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee. Frühstück super dank großer Auswahl.

Das man morgens die Zimmertüren anderer Gäste zufallen hört. Viele Monteure verlassen das Hotel schon sehr früh.

Es fehlte ein Platz im Zimmer wo man sitzen und essen kann. Für die grösse des Zimmers war der Fernseher etwas zu klein

Large rooms, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. There is a bus stop nearby (but the bus goes once an hour, and you'll need to catch a subsequent train).

Staff here was decidedly unfriendly: rather than request something, they'll instead provide stern instructions and assume the worst. This happened on 3 different occasions. Given the state of the property (old and worn) and the eye-watering price for a few nights so far from the city center, we'd not recommend staying here.

Close to the highway. High ceilings. Some of the staff were helpful. The restaurant waiter helped a lot finding everything one of us could have at the buffet, that had allergies, it was a great and happy meal together.

When we came they had pre-declined my card. I was told something was wrong with my card or I had written something in wrong. I explained this was our tenth hotel in 2 weeks with booking.com and we had no problem with the automatic card number on the page. I was told again and again I had done something wrong. So ok. Maybe someone had stolen our card number since yesterday and it was therefor declined. I have to be reported to booking.com she tells me. And now our 2 rooms were floors apart. We go through all the check in I pay, with said card, oh it is the same number, their computer must be wrong. …. Oh my goodness.I was seconds away from cancelling my card cause she insisted the bank had declined my card. Then we get to the room, it’s smaller than the photo and no one told me that because we need a handicap room my daughter would have to sleep on a foldable bed in front of the bathroom door… and not the separate real bed in the photos of triple rooms . Oh well. I go to have a shower before dinner. The floor has mold all over in the grout and all along the bottom of the wall. … and after 2 min shower the floor is covered in 2 cm of water that won’t drain. I have to go to reception. A man comes to help, he tries to open the drain but this is not possible cause it’s tiled in. Well this is explains the mold. He quickly comes back with a new room key across the hall. Very helpful. The next room has a cleaner bathroom.. less mold. But not none. … I try the shower head in my now new clothes for dinner. Head of the shower is not screwed on and I’m drenched. 20 min of hair dryer later …. The shower is in and It is draining. But I see the toilet button is covered in green something when you push it. There is mold in the edges here too… The other room, not handicap is clean and good. But don’t stay here if you’re handicapped, the rooms are such an after thought and not properly cleaned. The black mold could be seriously harmful for people with low immune systems.

The location. The room was clean and god size. Bathtub.

No aircondition in the room. The hair dryer had no cover over the fan, so I got my hair stuck and hurt myself. Lost some hair. When i told the stuff next morning, they had a nonchalant attitude.

The lady in the reception on July 13. was not friendly at all. She was also in the reception in the other days during the day. She was almost angry and her face was so rejecting that everyone could see. She is not suitable for a job in reception. I don’t know why she had to work there.

Big clean rooms 👍. We arrived at night and the receptions was open.

It was warm and when we opened the windows there was noise all night from the highway.

Staff were so accommodating. Explained best place to safely store motorbikes and also made pizzas for us after a long day on the motorbike. A super location just of main road if travelling north, yet tranquil in the gardens. Breakfast was also super.

No negatives.

No fridge in the room and a bit remote from the city with minimal transportation links.

the property was fine and the staff was accommodating

my complaint is with booking.com not the property. I requested a property near the airport. your suggested property was 20 miles from the airport. it cost me 2 taxi rides of 50.00 euros each. and a longer then necessary ride to a hotel arriving past midnight after a long and frustrating day of travel due to a flight cancellation

Air conditioning would of been a bonus as it was very warm.
