We loved the whole hotel. Couldn't really fault it.
Only small thing, which we were aware of when booking so not really a complaint but more of a nice to have. It can be hard taking luggage up to 3rd floor without a lift. But as we expected it, it was fine.

Sehr gute Lage: 2 Minuten vom Rhein,3 Minuten von der Schokoladenfabrik,5 Minuten von den Cafés und Restaurants!Tiefgarage im Hotel ist sehr praktisch!Tolles Schwimmbad auf dem 1. Stock!Sehr freundliches Personal :-)
Die Klima funktionierte am 1. Abend nicht,so dass es sehr heiss im Zimmer war!An der Rezeption informierte man uns, dass es der erste Tag im Betrieb sei,und die Klimaanlage etwas länger braucht bis sie richtig funktioniert!Am 2. Tag war es auch schon viel besser!
Wir hätten auch lieber ein Doppelbett gehabt,aber wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten,die leider öfters auseinander rutschten,so dass man aufpassen mußte dass man nicht dazwischen runterfällt!
Die Dusche im Zimmer ist auch etwas gewohnungsbedürftig!Für uns als Paar war es Ok!Aber wenn ich zum Beispiel mit einer Freundin das Zimmer geteilt hätte,hätte es mir da vielleicht ein wenig an Privatsphäre gefehlt!Man kann zwar von aussen einen Vorhang zuschliessen,doch ich bevorzuge da jedoch ein separates Badezimmer mit Tür!
Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr teuer!24€ pro Person!!!Es gab zwar reichlich von Allem,doch man kann nicht mehr als essen!

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, super charmant, ein wirklich wunderbarer Service und die Lage fast direkt am Rhein, sehr zentral ist super.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we like the room style and the quiet location. We would appreciate a little more variety for breakfast, i.e., bacon instead of chicken but, generally, it is a nice hotel in which to stay.
The hotel's pool needed to have the heat turned on! I am a brisk swimmer but even I gasped at the coolness of the water.
Additionally, having to pay extra for the use of the sauna is a bit over the top.

Easy to find, great location. Rooms were clean and water was hot. Kids loved the pool. Reception was outstanding at assisting us when we realized we left items in our room upon departure.
The apartment rooms were very dark with all the charcoal paint and not many lamps or light sources available.

The last day of our stay, it was raining but we were able to enjoy the pool! They also had complementary drinks if you dont ask to clean your room, for environmental reasons. Very comfy too!

The hotel manager was really friendly with good recommendations to eat! The hotel was clean & tidy. Beds were comfortable. We loved it!

The hotel is located close to the main station, the Dom and the Rhine river. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. All in all, it was a good hotel for our one-night stay and probably it is also comfortable for longer stays in the city.
The design choices are a bit weird: There is a large window through which the room and the bathroom are connected, and other rooms even have the shower in the room itself. At least, there were curtains to obstruct the direct view. Also, we couldn't close our shower door completely.

great location, parking available for fee, breakfast included, had an indoor pool, big room for family of 4, breakfast was very good with nice variety. nice gym room.
room was very hot! we were in an apartment room & also booked a hotel double room & both were in very busy & noisy locations. we had to close the windows to sleep, which then caused the rooms to be very hot. AC was not on/working. Indoor pool was nice but definitely not heated water, it was freezing. the room was hot but not the pool itself.

so tiny room… 1,5 m wide. you can’t open even the luggage, because it was touching the walls. in HongKong I had bigger room.. the sauna did not work, the TV remote control didn’t work
