Só o nosso chuveiro que estava com defeito na regulagem mas fomos prontamente atendidos e dos travesseiros, mas voltaria com certeza.

It was one of the best hotels that i stayed in during my vacation. The staff and the location were amazing. I really enjoyed it.

Why is there no refrigerator or mini bar inside the room? This is the only thing.

Good location. Pretty riverside. We were in the new section, and it was very well appointed. The entire room was well thought out.

New fangled Light switches were difficult to turn off.

The views from our room of the river and the mountains were spectacular! We watched the paragliders soaring down from the mountains! Great location from the train station. Only a few minutes walk.

No coffee maker in the room. A hot water kettle and some instant coffee was provided.

the furniture was very cheap as a 2-star hotel. beds and pillows are not comfortable. no coffee machine.

Excellent location in Interlaken. Few minutes walk from Interlaken West Train Station. Located just on the water with spectacular views.

The room temperature fluctuated a little at night but we also stayed during a very hot time of year.

Location was good since you could walk into the city center but even though the view was beautiful from the balcony, the train passed quite close so you could hear all the noise. The staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was nice.

The rooms were not amazing for a 4-star hotel (the bathroom was very small and we had a plastic wardrobe which does not meet the standards). AC was impossible to manage so we had to leave the balcony door open during the evening so the AC would shut down (it was set at 18 degrees - freezing). You could hear all the noises in the other rooms and in the corridors and since we had to sleep with the window open, because of the ac, at 6 am we could hear the train passing by.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, very friendly staff, breakfast with lot of choice, beautiful old building.

As it is an old building, it does not have isolated walls.
