El desayuno buenísimo y muy completo!
Demasiado pequeña la habitación, prácticamente no podías andar con la maleta abierta.
Facilitaría la comunicación que alguien de personal hable al menos lo básico en español.

Helpful staff, nice breakfast, very close to station.
Room was a bit small - almost no space for luggage, if you have more than 1 luggage its very tight

Excellent location, close to the train station and close enough to the old town. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and even had a pillow menu. An enjoyable stay!

very clean and exceptionally comfortable room. excellent for 1-2 nights. for a non luxury hotel, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Staff at check in and check out, the staff were very clear and kind.
Amenities: Loved the clean yoga mat in the room!
Bed: Comfortable mattress that felt new with good pillows
Ventilation: quiet air conditioning fans in the room and a window that opened enough to allow fresh air inside
It was pouring rain the day I woke up and checked out. They still loaned me a nice umbrella for the day without hesitation or question.
I REALLY appreciate that the breakfast aims to be sustainable with many local products, a solid effort to reduce food waste and climate impact.
The shower head could be cleaner - had some calcium buildup on it.

The room was nice but small. I was positively surprised over the provided Yoga mat, however, the room was too small to really use it. The location was great, easy to reach by foot from the nearby railway station and also the city center was easy to reach by foot.

Very clean, nice personnel, bathtub in the double room, good breakfast, coffee/tea in the room, complimentary water bottles, amenities. You can get a different pillow if the one in the room does not fit your taste.

perfect for our purpose, great welcome, rooms clean and comfortable. Beds comfy. Very close to the centre and station.

The reception staff were nice and fast with queries.
In addition I must point out the staff from the breakfast lobby was very nice and very friendly. They made up for having limited options on breakfast. In particular one lady whose name I dont know, spoke with an accent like many others (Pointing it out to suggest that non native speakers can be assets as well).
The cleaning staff was just the same very nice. The ladies who made my bed.
First and foremost, the breakfast lobby staff was nice, however the breakfast choices were not good.
And the ability to move around and select items was terrible.
It would have been nice to have an offer from the hotel reception to accept our luggage while we went out for a lunch, since we were early than the checking in time.
The WiFi function was not good.

hotel is in a noisy road. rooms and windows are not completely soundproof so we can still hear noise coming from the road

the bed was super uncomfortable. we booked a double bed and got two single beds instead. they weren’t even fixed to each other. that was the most annoying as they kept gliding apart.

considering that is a 3* Hotel, in my opinion is a really good Hotel in the heart if the city of Bern.
The room was clean, quiet, bathroom also clean and the location was just perfect
the breakfast could be more rich :)
