Location of the hotel was amazing. It was just steps away from the Geneva SBB train station, which made things very convenient when my family traveled with multiple luggages (at least one large luggage and one smaller luggage per person). AC was also pretty decent. The room never felt hot even though it was summertime, and outdoors reached around 90 degrees during the day.

The rooms are way too small for two people, each person carrying one large luggage, one smaller luggage, and one backpack. The bathtub/shower was not the greatest but got the job done; however, the bath faucet would seem to leak/drip HOT WATER while the majority of the water was coming out of the shower head. Thus, if your foot was underneath where it was dripping (like mine was) it most likely got burned a little. There was barely any countertop / storage space to place clean items (e.g., toiletries). My brother and I ended up having to utilize our nightstands in order to keep our luggage off the ground, especially since the hotel did not have an extra luggage rack to lend us. The hallway and rooms smelled old, musty, and smoky (despite being on a non-smoking floor). The building and rooms seem very old and as if things would break at any moment.

• They gave us a smaller room than what was displayed on Booking claiming it is the same, later changed second day after we insisted. • They did not inform us that we have to exit the car from the parking garage and re-enter every day in order to get their discount price, according we paid full/double the price. • Breakfast Lounge very small for the number staying at the hotel.

Excellent location and view, comfortable setup in the room, and good Wi-Fi connection (free). The staff was very nice and helpful on all matters.

Even a small gym would have been a plus.

Nothing not to like 😊

It was very easy getting to and from the airport. Only a 6 min train and it is free on the public transport card you receive from the hotel as part of your city tax. The hotel and rooms were of very hight standard considering the hotel is 40 years old. It does not feel like that and the interior is more like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star. The staff were all very friendly and provided very good service. I will definitely return next time I am in Geneva.

The city tax is 7.50 CHF which is high even considering it includes your public transport around the city.

The location is very convinient if you travel by train.

The room and its refurbishments are old, walls require painting, but overall it is ok for short stay.

Great location and friendly staff

The location is excellent, just in front of the Geneva Train Station. It was really convenient to go to anywhere you want. The room size is good and all the staff are kind to help.

they charged me extra money for safety or insurance deposit almost same price of the room and it wasn’t mention in booking
