I recently had the misfortune of staying at the InterContinental Geneva, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite its prime location near Lake Geneva, the hotel itself is shockingly outdated. The furniture is old and worn, giving the entire place a dreary and uncomfortable atmosphere. What truly made my stay unbearable, however, was the service. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel management was completely unresponsive. The duplicate charge appeared on my card even after I had checked out and left the hotel, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff was generally unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns. Basic amenities were lacking, and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged twice for my stay, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel has not refunded the duplicate charge. This overcharge occurred even after I had checked out and left the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. The management's lack of responsiveness and professionalism in handling this matter has only added to my frustration. I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel, not only due to its outdated facilities but also because of their poor customer service and unfair billing practices. Stay elsewhere if you value your peace of mind and wallet. ---

Staff were excellent

We were told by a member of staff that we would receive some goodies due to it being our honeymoon trip and we did not receive anything. The menu options in the restaurant should be more diverse

‏صوت السيارات داخل الغرفة جدا مزعج لم استطيع النوم ‏لازيوحد عازل صوت،أيضا كرسي الحمام جدا ضيق لا تستطيع الجلوس رغم ان الغرفة بريميوم يعني اكبير من الكلاسيك و تم الطلب غرفة أكبر من العادي لكن كان الحمام جدا صغير ‏ولم أتوقع ذلك رغم إني طلبت تغيير الغرفة لم يكن هناك مساعدة حقيقة لم أعود الى الفندق مرة اخرى
