The staff were very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. There were buses to Interlaken Ost every 30 minutes, which takes only 7 minutes. By walk it is 20 minutes.

Lovely stay in Interlaken, good location, close to bus stop that takes to the Interlaken train station and breakfast is great with an amazing view.

I like the facility, the breakfast and the environment . Very good hotel in interlaken. I had been there twice

The staff, when we came said something bad. My son knew what did she say. In Germany. And she is not polite I think because we are guest and we pay for the hotel. We would like to put our luggage there, one staff offering help for us, but the other said no to the other staff.

It feels like home a way from home, and we really love the view while having our breakfast.

Didn’t asked to keep up the room but when we go back to our room after having our breakfast, the staff already started to do cleaning.

Esther and the other lady was very efficient and accomodating. -10 mins away from Interlaken OST Main station -3 mins walking distance to the bus stop (perfect place for 1 week vacation in interlaken). Bus no. 102 - breathtaking views from the terrace -the room is superb and very clean with cute terrace.

- WIFI is too weak (in my room).

Was there with my 60+ yo mom. We bring 2 large suitcases, but the lady was very nice, quick and helpful. She helped us out carry those suitcases to the next floor! Big room with incredible view. There was two packs Kambly biscuit and travel pack tissues on the bed when we arrived, cute welocming gifts. Room was clean, very comfortable. Heater was working properly. Bathroom was dim, has basic necessities, such as towel and mat but doesn't have shampoo (they give us small soap though). Various foods and drinks for breakfast and has terraces with view. They gave us big box of food for takeaway when we asked for early breakfast. Fridge and microwave for public use downstair. But they provide electric kettle in the room. We really love this place! But I suggest, bring lighter suitcases since they only has staircases.
