Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze. Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ontbijt was ontzettend goed en de kamers waren fijn. Personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam.
Wij kwamen tijdens de verbouwing van het hotel, daardoor was niet alles open. Er was hierdoor ook minder plek op de parkeerplaats (bouwmateriaal stond hier op), waardoor parkeren soms niet heel makkelijk ging. Verder is het hotel redelijk ver van het oude centrum van Koblenz.

Wir sind spät angereist, die Eingangstür stand die ganze nacht sperrangelweit offen, Bett war voller Krümmel und Haare (bin nicht mal sicher, dass es frisch bezogen wurde), unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer.
Morgens um sieben standen Handwerker vor dem Fenster auf dem Gerüst. Sind dann schon um acht wieder abgereist. Eine Info vorab, dass das Hotel eine Baustelle ist, wäre nett gewesen.
Haben auch kein Personal gesehen.

Nice clean room with a good size bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area so you can get a good night rest. When booking we saw that there's no breakfast option available. So we made other plans for breakfast. However they did offer breakfast when we arrived. The hotel is being renovated so I guess they got the kitchen operational.

Heel mooie pas gerenoveerde kamers en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die het ongemak vanwege de verbouwing gedeeltelijk heeft gecompenseerd met gratis consumpties en een lagere kamerprijs. Verder was er een uitstekend ontbijt met als je wilde eieren naar keuze. De plannen voor de verbouwing beloven een heel mooi resultaat en in de toekomst zal ik dan ook beslist weer dit hotel kiezen. De verbouwing zou begin juni klaar moeten zijn.
Het hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar die het hele complex grondig aan het verbouwen is wat inhield dat het restaurant en overige voorzieningen niet beschikbaar waren. Daar ik juist dit hotel had uitgezocht omdat er een restaurant bij was viel dit een beetje tegen, temeer daar dit niet in de beschrijving vermeld was.

Air-conditioning kept turning it self off, after a reset, had to turn it back 4 times during the night. And it was a hot night. Aircon Was also noisy with an annoying light. TV had limited channels. Room was not configured to twin on arrival. Pushy check in staff.

The location and Staff were excellent my room was perfect comfy bed and very clean
The limited Menu i was there for 10 nights and found i was eating the same item more than once, and the lack of a TV for live sport was a little frustrating for me.

the room was terribly outdated. Carpeting was discussing, the bedding was yellowing and it smelled like cooked cabbage

Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
The ac turned off in the middle of the night and we woke up to 30 degrees in the room. Two light bulbs in the room was broken and the trash can was not emptied from the previous guests.
We ate at the restaurant and had a nice tapas appetizer but the main courses was not worth the price. The kitchen then closed without telling us so we could not get any dessert, it wasn't even possible to get a coffee.

Nothing much, even they don't have welcome kit, or coffee/tea in the room, nothing in the room for welcome.
Disappointed, even we booked they said we don't have booking on the arrival at the last minute.
Staff was not trying to listen properly or checking the bookings.
We showed our confirmation and 0.1 cent deduction confirmation after long time and rush, we got the bookings. Other they are trying to offer another instant booking.

Staff wasn’t great and were not willing to do anything that wasn’t necessarily their job. Not willing to help out. Especially the guy working the 7th of July was particularly nasty to all of us. Wonder why he wants to work with people.

I liked the ambiance and the friendly staff. The glass ceiling of the dining area was nice. Both welcome drink and breakfast were satisfactory. I could see the vineyard from the window of my room and it was so close!
There are minimal amenities in the room. I wanted to make a cup of tea in my room and request a kettle but only told that it cannot be provided. It was difficult to go to the town without a car, especially when was visiting Christmas market at night.

Very friendly personel at the checkin. Good restaurant (we had dinner there twice, we didn't have breakfast - but dinner was really good!) Nice terrace / beergarten. Big room. The area is really nice, walking to town is possible, takes about an hour or a bit more if you follow the river but that is worth it. There is also a trainstation within walking distance though, plus a bus that stops right in front of the hotel.
The bathroom did not have a separate door; the shower and toilet both had a separate door and were together in a separate area of the room. If you are not a couple, this might be an issue.
