Es war eine gute Unterkunft für unsere Durchreise in Augsburg. Perfekte Lage: in 5 Minuten Fußweg am Dom.
Das Checkin war etwas irritierend, anfangs niemand an der Rezeption erreichbar, unsere booking-Buchung im Computer zunächst nicht auffindbar … Aber letztlich alles in Ordnung.

Lo staff: avevo scritto un messaggio perché da 7 ospiti siamo passati a 6, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta; siamo arrivati alla reception alle 13:50 e non abbiamo trovato nessuno (il check-in per la verità inizia alle 14.00). Alle 14:00 ho chiamato la struttura e l'albergatore è arrivato alle 14:20. Avevamo fretta, peccato per il tempo perso.

Very friendly and helpful host, handy indoor parking for a low rate just across the road (and generally a spot or two just in front for arrival and unloading). Quiet at night but an easy walk to town and main historic sights. Well-equipped room.

The hotel is nicely situated, very close to the city center. Super welcoming (even with some French explanation :)) nice and helpful. The room was nice, small but nothing was missing, even the hair dryer was provided. Nice breakfast, with possibility to eat on the terrace.

Nice location, friendly (but unprofessional) staff.
The owner knocked on our door after 9PM to give us the TV remote (we never asked for). This alone would be somewhat OK, but instead of waiting us to open the door, he just entered with his key. My son was sleeping, I was naked in the bathroom.

Our stay has been very comfortable. We arrived late in Augsburg and Albert, our host, warmly welcomed us anyway. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the city center and located in a nice neighborhood.

The rooms are very nice and modern. I really liked the bathroom. Breakfast is good value, but it is your typical German hotel breakfast

Very nice friendly owner who allowed us to change rooms so we had more room with the baby. Amazing rain shower. Very good breakfast.
