Room was comfortable and nice. Staff was super helpful and kind.

I didn’t like that the king bed would separate. We are crazy sleepers and they would move. Super hard to find the entrance for parking and getting your stuff to the front door.

The best that can be said is that it was clean

It was soulless and didn’t meet expectations; if there was green space or a restaurant no one pointed it out to us. The restaurant had been a selling point after a long journey and it was a long walk to the town centre which offered next to nothing by way of restaurants.

Hotel was a nice enough hotel but we wouldn't visit Augsburg again as we wanted an old town feel but got a city feel instead

Breakfast was poor. Items were not replenished unless we asked. Then it took 10/15 minutes to cook scrambled egg. On occasions there was very little meat/cheese . We asked for a Croissant and were told that there weren't any. Pillows were very soft

An oasis of calm in a great city. Close to railway station and easy walking to city centre. A lovely, helpful team made our stay go so smoothly.

Good location near the station and walkable to the city centre. The hotel is set in its own gardens and is very quiet.

The regular single room was clean and quite spacious, the bathroom was new, modern and very clean, the staff were nice, the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel is about 7 minutes away by foot from Augsburg central station (Hbf), and is relatively close to the historical city center.

The hotel doesn't have 24 h reception desk and as I had to check-in after 20 o'clock, I had to pick the card from "die service gmbh des diako" located nearby. The problem was to find an entrance to that "diako" building in the dark (there was a map provided together with a hotel room card, it would be nice if it was attached to the description). I had to do a few rounds around the building, all the entrances I could find were closed. In the end, I rang via an intercom system at one of diako entrances and after a few minutes of wait a night watchman appeared who refused to even open the door until I explained to him that I needed a card for the hotel room.

the room was very clean and the shower was perfect. I will definately stay here next time I am in Augsburg.

We opted not to eat in the hotel (had eaten hotel breakfast over one week) so we went to Dichtl Chocoatier and ate a delicious eggs Benedict on avocado toast in their café. The main reason for not eating in the breakfast buffet is that we had slept in and also it wasn’t included in the room price.

Room very clean. Good continental breakfast. Location was very close to main railway station and had very good access to public transport. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Lack of Air Con and Tea and coffee facility's in room we did know about these in advance. This would have made a very good stay into a excellent stay

Clean- nice park.

I heard a lot of noise from the hallway. The construction noise woke me up. Breakfast wasn’t included. It was very expensive, I only stayed there because my co-worker did. I could have stayed at better places for cheaper.

Near to train station and REWE supermarket. Breakfast is good.

The sound proofing is bad. Closing of doors at the corridor heard very clearly..
