Hotellet ligger tilsynelandende i en “belastet” bydel. Der var shawarma butikker på hvert et gadehjørne. Vi blev meget overrasket over dette.

super moderne Technik in den Zimmern, die man erstmal verstehen muss, aber dann ist sie hervorragend :-) Tolle zentrale Lage, Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus, Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Tolle Zimmer im Neubau.

Great breakfast! Loved the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English. Staff gave us a recommendation for an Italian Restaurant, L'Osteria, in town which was a very good Italian restaurant. We appreciated that. We liked having two twin size duvets, rather than one large king sized duvet for the bed.

There were just sheers at the windows and no "black-out" curtains. The lights from the parking lot were VERY annoying all night and made it difficult to sleep.

Badezimmer. Frühstück. Alle sehr freundlich.

Mehrspurige Hauptverkehrsstr. + Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Fenster, ergo. 24h Krach, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße erwischt. Man benötigt einen sehr sehr gesunden Schlaf um das nicht als störend zu empfinden. Fenster öffnen geht gar nicht. Dann kommen zum Lärm die Abgase von der Straße dazu. Da kann der Rest von Hotel noch so gut sein. Leider ist dies das entscheidende Kriterium.

Die Zimmer alle sehr groß und stylisch. Wir hatten Doppelzimmer Standard und Deluxe. Zimmer war gut warm. Frühstück ausgesprochen gut und sehr umfangreich. Uns hat das Spätaufsteherfrühstück am Wochenende bis 10.30 Uhr gut gefallen. Zentrale Lage des Hotels . Alles gut zu erreichen. Aussergewöhnlich serviceorientiertes Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption, Nachtdienst, beim Frühstücken… Dies wird in diesem Hotel wohl sehr groß geschrieben . Wir konnten etwas trinken und uns dazu in den Frühstücksraum setzen. Parkplatz abgesperrt und hinter Hotel . Hier Preis Leistung 10€ pro Tag völlig io.

Eine Ausschilderung zum Befahren des Parkplatzes wäre hilfreich gewesen. Einmal rund rum …. Es war aber zu finden .

Sehr freundliches Personal und dem Kunden sehr zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Spontane Buchungsänderung wurde prompt bearbeitet. Das Bad ist sehr ansprechend, gepflegt und mit einer guten Dusche ausgestattet, wirkt noch recht neu. Schallisolierung der Fenster zur Straße ist gut.

Das Hotel ist zwar sauber und gepflegt, jedoch war das Zimmer sehr einfach. Beleuchtung wirkt teilweise kalt und wenig einladend.

Basically everything. The room was far from what was expected when compared to the photo's shown in Booking.com The extra large double bed was two single mattresses in a box (which was painful when getting in and out of) The breakfast was fine but you had to get up early if you wanted the choices available, there was a bare minimum amount of everything. The location was ok, if you liked the sound of trams outside your room from early in the morning to late at night. What looked like a hidden refrigerator turned out to be an empty box, which was used as a table for the television, the television was dangerously hanging over the side and the plug was pulling the socket out of the wall. The bathroom had a box fixed to the wall which housed the sink, the box only had one door so the unprofessional pipework was clearly visible whilst you sat on the toilet which you must do with caution or you will collide with it and injure yourself. The most disappointing ( or should I say embarrassing) welcome I have ever encountered in all of my travels was a welcoming gift on the bed, which consisted of a 50 cent packet of HARIBO's
