breakfast was good. beds were excellent. TV channels need improvement.

coffee, service standards. this idea that we cannot charge anything to our rooms from any of the restaurants is strange. staff kept saying 'you did not give a deposit". first time i have ever heard of it anywhere. Coffee for the price is really bad- diluted, low quality. staff are kind and friendly but not professionally trained and not empowered to make decisions.

Special thanks to a service manager Bini. Bini was very accommodating, attentive, making sure both my wife and I had a great vacation. Also, special thanks to the cleaning, lounge, restaurant, bar, and pool staff who went out of the way to make everyday of our stay memorable.

One of my favorite hotels in the location, has a huge pool, kids club with a slide, very nice personnel and large clean rooms.

it is an old resort. Design, furniture and smell needs an upgrade. some activities were closed for renovations. the outdoor area- sun beds, umbrellas, tails. everything needs an upgrade

Everything i perfect especially the staff, all the staff are so friendly and ammazing, they are really ammazing, always smiling and so helpful. Rooms are and bathrooms are clean, swim pool and beach are clean as well and organized, birds and plants flowers are so nice. Restrurant food is so nice and quality is so good. Gym equipments still new and taking care of. I really enjoyed my staying in and thanks to all the staff.

Thank you for your email. Firstly, I would like to say that the hotel was amazing with spacious rooms, stunning beach, well arranged swimming pool, nice location, very friendly and cooperative staff.

However, There are some points that I need to point to. The presence of alcoholic drinks upon arrival to the room was shocking to us and our kids. It was very uncomfortable. If it is to accept the variety and meet demands of people from different religions, races and countries then every individual should be respected. It is so wise to remove all these alcoholic drinks from the room before arrival of Muslim families. Or at least, ask them upon check in if they accept the presence of these drinks in their own temporary room. One more point, the presence of pork was another shock for our family. I think it should be away from the mid of buffet and it should be clearly stated that it’s prepared separately with separate kitchen utensils and other foods are all halal and not contaminated by pork meat or fat or even alcohol by any mean. I was not comfortable to eat at the buffet and I asked the staff there about the preparation, they reassured me and were very cooperative. But still, it was inconvenient. Last point, while sitting on the beach alone, My wife was surprised by one of life guards asking her “ Are you with us ?” She answered “yes” then he asked about the room number!!! Is that because She was wearing modest clothes with head cover and not wearing bikini!! So that she does not match the place !!!! That was very humiliating and It made her feel tearful and anxious I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks
