O quarto era bem grande e ótimo para acomodar 3 pessoas que foi o nosso caso. Roupas de cama e colchões muito bons, isolamento acústico e de luz muito bons também. A localização é ótima. Tudo muito confortável. Adoramos e queremos voltar.
Não atrapalhou a estadia, mas vaza água do box para o chão do banheiro e isso é chato. Senti falta de sais de banho, já que tem banheira e o hotel é 4 estrelas, isso seria bem agradável se fosse oferecido.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage! Das Zimmer groß und ruhig zum Innenhof! Sehr bequemes Bett! Fenster können geöffnet werden!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Teppichböden in den Zimmern;
Das Badezimmer war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber, mit Haaren im Waschbecken und in der Badewanne. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, und das freundliche Personal schickte sofort jemanden, um es zu reinigen. Die Reinigung war jedoch nicht gründlich, und die Haare waren immer noch da.

Great breakfast buffet and customer service with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff of the hotel, to be left a bottle of Brut along with treats in our room during our stay to mark our 30th wedding anniversary. The location of the hotel is next to Belvedere House & gardens and only 20-25mins walk to St. Stephens Platz, also a tram outside brings you to the centre in 10mins. Will defo book again if I ever get a chance to visit beautiful Vienna, there's so much to see and do there. 😊
Just small things that might help...I used the sauna which were very good..but was disappointed the steam room was out of order. Bottled water when topping up the tea and coffee would be a bonus, that was stopped after 2 nights, didn't really understand why? No bigger though.. 😕

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado perto de uma estação de metrô e tram. Ele é muito bonito, a equipe é excelente e o conforto é surpreendente. Também fica perto de alguns pontos bons pra conhecer na cidade. A decoração de Natal estava espetacular!
O valor do café da manhã é um pouco alto. Tem opções gluten free para quem precisa, só gostaria que fosse um pouco mais acessível o valor. Em uma das noites deixaram o vidro aberto, o que esfriou o quarto e demoramos um tempo até perceber.

Mein Freund und ich haben ein paar Tage hier verbracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zum Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Richtig richtig lecker! Service sehr höflich, freundlich.
An einem der Tage hatte mein Freund Geburtstag und als wir an dem Tag abends wieder ins Zimmer kamen stand eine leckere Überraschung auf dem Tisch. Wir waren total überrascht und begeistert :)

The hotel was beautiful and clean, it was located two minutes walking distance from the train station and had cafes, food places and grocery stores at its footstep. The room service was brilliant in the hotel, rooms were cleaned everyday and there was toiletries included.
We found out that the items left in the minibar had to be paid for. I think it would better not to leave snacks in the bar unless specifically asked.
Not supportive staff - I needed drinking water and as the shops were closed on Sunday, I asked at reception and was told to get a water bottle from the bar which cost me €7.60
Water would stand in the bath tub whilst showering.

Not so clean,staff unintrested to meet the client s needs. Doesn t look like a 4 star hotel anymore. Matress,furniture,carpet,doors,chairs are old. Used to be a great hotel,but not anymore

Good location, classy reception , bar and restaurant
Room was a bit outdated and there were a few stains to the carpet, upholstery and the skirting board was falling off. I would say that the hotel requires renovations to the rooms as the lobby, bar and restaurant are a lot more impressive than the rooms themselves. Also no iron board or ironing fasciitiesn

The location is convenient. Bed was very comfortable.
The price of the room was lowered on the day of my arrival but was not even offered anything in addition to justify the high price. No breakfast was included to the high price per night. The room was not properly cleaned in the morning - there were dirty glasses put in the cabinet, was not provided with clean bath towel. Was not offered to use the spa center.

i get booking order for 4 person for transportation from airport te hotel but the driver did not arrve.We spent a lote of time trying to find him. The hotel has a great location that you could easily get the public transportation and also it is very near to Belvedere museums. The hotel is luxurious enough to be served all a guest might need. The internet was at a great speed so that you would not experience any inconvenience.
