コンシェルジュの方々みなさんとても丁寧親切で、朝ごはんも種類沢山あり空間も良かったです。 ツインの部屋はそこまで広くはないけど快適に過ごせました。 雑多な繁華街ではなくホアンキエム湖の下の方なので落ち着いたお店もあるエリアです、繁華街にはタクシーですぐ行けるし、むしろこの立地に滞在出来たのはプラスでした。 ロビーや朝食会場、部屋など至る所に毎日親切なお花が生けられているのも良かったです。

ターンダウンサービスがされていない日があったり、昼間部屋に１度戻った時にお掃除の方が作業中だったのは申し訳なかったですが迷惑そうにされて急いでまた出かけることになったので少し大変でした。

The property is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The attention to details, the beautiful colonial style, and the absolutely amazing staff all contributed to the perfect stay.

The room is very nice, classical and well maintained. The location is very convenient, closed to old city. Most of all, the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, the staff service level is great, too.

My room was on the first floor and next to the butler room, noisy in the early mornings

It's a stunning heritage hotel, right in the heart of old Hanoi, with lots of little details that make you feel like you've gone back in time. The Metropole is very comfortable, luxurious and feels welcoming throughout - the bedroom, bars, restaurants and pool area. It really is a great place to escape amongst the bustle of the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, the breakfast is extensive and delicious and we had a wonderful stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Main hotel was closed and we were not informed about this. The photos advertised look nothing g like the newer wing where you will stay. It felt like false advertising.
