1. Since the hotel belongs to IHG family, and the later is a partner to Skyteam / Saudi ALFURSAN; hence, the hotel should be able to credit the corresponding miles into the customer's ALFURSAN account. 2. The atmosphere of the pool should be more exciting; e.g. water sports with a coach, music, more trees, wider umbrellas, colder water, etc...

Staff very careless and doesn’t care if Guest holding luggage in hand to help him . Experience not educated staff and not sufficient staff on reception

The rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The failure to listen to feedback about one of the tasteless food dishes served in the Harvester’s bar. On the other hand, the Friday brunch in main restaurant was very nice indeed and the staff were more than helpful.

Old furniture needs to innovate a little bit, TV also old model. I can say anything about breakfast as I have missed

Breakfast wasn’t good and property looked better online than in person.

The hotel staff, particularly the concierge, displayed discourteous behavior and failed to provide assistance when I needed help with my luggage, which I had to transport uphill to the hotel. The reception staff appeared inexperienced in client service and lacked the necessary skills to effectively manage guests. There was inconsistency among the staff members regarding the check-out time, as one provided a different answer compared to the others. In order to uphold my self-respect, I made the decision to depart from the hotel premises earlier than planned. I have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the years and this is one of a kind, I mean it not in a good way. And to the Hotel: Do Better!

THE BREAKFAST CHOICES WERE LIMITED THE RECEPTION HAVE NOT HELPED TO REGISTER AS AN IHG THOUGH I HAD MY MEMBERSHIP SOME RESTUARANT STAFF WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL IN CLEANING THE TABLE THOUGH I HAVE REQUESTED
