Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Brünn ist perfekt, die traditionelle Ausstattung mutet gemütlich (und romantisch) an, das Angebot beim Frühstück war für mich wunderbar.

Vom Personal (Rezeption, Frühstück) war ich leider enttäuscht. Das eine oder andere freundliche Wort hätte ich sehr geschätzt, ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, willkommen zu sein. Ich weiß, das ist eine strenge Kritik, aber vielleicht war es ja ein unglücklicher Ausnahmetag ...

Great location, 15 minute walk to bus / train station. Close to everything and farmers market in main square 1/2 block away.

A beautiful hotel in a historical palace in the center of Brno

We loved our stay at the Royal Ricc. What a sweet hotel! Located close to all the attractions, it was much more interesting that the larger places with the boring, beige rooms. The building is from the 17th Century and even though the furnishings are more recent, we loved the décor--stained glass windows, murals on the walls, antique fireplaces, etc. The double room we had was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic view at the buildings across the street from the front of the hotel, so the morning sunlight highlighting the Art Nouveau facades was a treat. It was also very quiet. We didn't even know there were other guests until breakfast the next morning, which was quite varied, with breads, lunch meats, scrambled eggs, meats, grilled veggies, cereals, yogurts, fruits, jams, plenty of condiments, coffee, tea, and some really delicious sweets, including the traditional Czech honey cream cake. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Super location. Very nice breakfast. Great atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff.

Bed seemed nearly as old as the property and was creaking with the slightest move. Walls were very thin so you could hear your neighbors moving around in their room.

The décor of the whole hotel is exceptional, really atmospheric and unique, the location is great as only 10min walk from the main train station and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Will be definitely be back

Our room was on the ground floor, very dark. Despite the window, there was almost no light. There were shampoo and the shower gel only for one person, we were two...

Lift out of order. But two floors are ok for young people :D Water was turned off around noon the day we were leaving.

Small hotel full of character in a superb location right in the middle of town. Friendly staff. Good value for money. My room was spotless. Good if you prefer somewhere that feels unique over latest fixtures and fittings.

The room was unique, clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were so friendly and they are pet friendly! We absolutely loved our stay, and I would recommend staying here!

The only reason I didn't rate 10/10 is because the shower seemed like it was just a tub originally that was set up as a shower later. Due to this, the shower head is very low and a little awkward to shower without getting water on the open ledge that goes in behind the toilet. Honestly, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't really affect our stay.

The rooms are very pretty and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. The staff were very friendly. The overall experience was very pleasant. It is clear that everybody in this hotel knows what they're doing.

This was my third stay in this hotel, the location is very convenient - it is close to the place where I teach, the beds are comfortable, staff is always helpful and kind, good breakfast, quiet, I will come back again
