I like the location stuff is very friendly and nice beds were comfortable and clean

Wifi were not working in bedroom and shower no water power and outside music was until 11 pm

Good location right by the ferries, taxi terminal and main tourist road. . Room was clean and front desk staff friendly. It's decent for the price.

Very old, could use a bit of a face lift. The rooms are dark, not much natural light. The wifi is practically non-existent. Hot water lasts for about 2 minutes and the towels need to be replaced.

Good location, grate service , the soap was really good!, We got a free room upgrade and it was great. Also the hotel has another branch that has a swimming pool and a free bicycle rental which was really good

The location was central with ease of check in. The staff were attentive, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

One night of noise only on Saturday night from the outside bar that has live music. I used earplugs this night and otherwise quiet.

The room is big, the AC is very good and silent. The staff are nice.

The room was dirty (parts of a necklaces that broke, dead bugs), the refrigerator was very dirty (some brown liquid spilled inside), very rusty and was not connected to the electricity. For the price we paid I expected for more.

I don't understand, how this hotel got so good reviews. My experience was horrible. We stayed in third floor on the "suites" with a kitchen for 5 nights with my wife. After one night, we wanted to change the room, because the smell of mold was so strong and Wifi was really weak. We couldn't even get our whatsapp messages through. However, they didn't let us change the room at first, but after we complained enough, they finally let us change. The other room still had the same smell of mold, but luckily wifi was better. The "kitchen" is equipped with a stove, one pan, some glasses and eating equipment. There was no pots or even a knives. So yeah, couldn't really cook at all there. In this site, the breakfast is told to be "excellent", but it is a big joke to say the least. They offer you a small plate of honeymelon and papayas topped with little yoghurt and granola. In addition they serve white bread with margarin and jelly. You can also ask for scrambled eggs, which were disgusting. For example one day they served scrambled eggs with ham, which smelled like dog food. If you asked plain scrambled eggs without any additions, it wasn't possible. Shower had little pressure and there was no warm water for more than few mins. The staff especially women receptionists were really rude, unpolite and couldn't speak english properly. The only positive things I can come up with were comfy beds and central location, although the streets are very noisy at nights (could clearly hear everything to the room).

The room was really smelly, all my clothes smells like mould after the stay. I raised it with the staff and they told me told me all the room would smell so didn't change me to another. Instead of spending money in a fancy sign the owner could have invested some money to make sure rooms are comfortable.

Beds are comfortable. Awesome sleeping.

They upgraded us at no extra charge to Casa Mexicana because Suites Colonial is closed for now. This place was fantastic. Breakfast was superb. Cintia Soberanis waitress for breakfast very polite and friendly, loved her. Very safe as you are on the second floor, lobby, pool, everything starts there, very private. Loved this place so much.

They never have change for dollars, not even a 10 or 20 dollar bill. Checking out you want some tip money for certain people, and you don't need pesos when going home. It only hurts there people, can't figure out why they can't have some petty cash ready, no sense at all. Also Gustavo, bellman, very nice, good job.

Breakfast is the best hands down.

Would have liked a firmer mattress but was ok.
