the location is amazing, few steps from Champs - Élysées from Arc de Triomphe side, staff was average, food was good, room size is quite small.
I think they don’t have soundproof in the rooms, it’s was very noisy to the level that you can hear when people taking the stairs, second, while I was checking out they asked me for some additional fees that the government of France has applied after Covid-19 and it was 5% of the room rate, I didn’t agree to pay and had to call booking.com to solve it which they did, but I wasn’t happy they tried to impose it and also they were not happy that I argued it and called booking.com !!!? it took me more than 25 mints to get this issue solved.

Amazing small boutique hotel, beautifully decorated old building, quite big rooms and bathrooms, very up to date; friendly and professional team! Special thanks to front office manager Marina for making our stay unforgettable!!

location location location! the nicest staff in Paris! there was construction on all sides of the hotel we were not informed at booking time! we were not compensated or upgraded as a result but thanks to the amazing hotel staff we were put in a room farthest from the work next door!
bed linen had holes in it! construction noise, food was fair at best!

Breakfast excellent and served by efficient and immaculate staff in a dining room whose ceiling was designed by Eiffel.

The woody curvy door is the highlight of the room.
Bed, large and offering the perfect sleep. Rather surprisingely, not noisy.

Coffee machine should be Nespresso.
TV set should be either somptuous, fixed on the wall or not be at all.
