La atención de las recepcionistas pésima! Sin pizca de empatia, concierge me cita para darme mi kit de bienvenida y al pasar por eso, me dice que solo era para ofrecerme los servicios del hotel...me mintió para que yo fuera a escuchar sus membresías! Mal hecho! Mi vuelo salía 5 pm y la entrega de mi habitación era a las 12 medio día, fui a recepción para entregar la llave, y al comentarles que yo me quedaría ahí hasta la hora de mi partida, tal cual me trataron como delincuente, me quitaron el brazalete de acceso de inmediato y me prohibieron el acceso a las areas...obligándome a quedar solo en el lobby, por que 12.01 ya pierdo los beneficios!!! Menú de comidas muy básico y barato. Mi estancia fue de paso por una noche, y esa fue mi experiencia, no me imaginó toda una vacación ahí.

La atención excelente, el personal muy amable, las bebidas deli La alberca y sus jardines excelentes! la comida muy rica y variada.

Pueden hacer algunas opciones de carnes en los gisados Pueden mejorar el olor de los baños, ya que pienso q no tienen atrapa olores

Precio calidad justo para lo que pagas. La habitación que pedimos estuvo muy bien. La playa esta muy cerca caminando, bastante cómodo y lejos de la fiesta. Si vas en plan de relajarte es una excelente opción.

La comida puede quedar a deber, sin embargo no es mala, simplemente repetitiva.

The walk to the beach is only about 3 minutes, but not a huge beach area, but drinks were served and snacks on the beach.

The A/C wasn’t that great

We were fully satisfied with everything,great hotel with great location and great staff! Everybody was going above and beyond,super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our 1 week stay to its fullest! Food was also great,many options and variety ! We will definitely return!

The all inclusive was great, great value for money, loved the Mexican charm the hotel has.

The marketing team trying to trick us into staying at a sister property, we were told we could have breakfast at a sister hotel at no charge when we arrived it was very formal and uncomfortable and we soon found out it wasn’t a breakfast it was a business deal.

Me and my friend shared a room and it cost us $80 each per night. You get exactly the type of service you would expect for such a cheap price

The staff was straight up rude. We were asked to leave the buffet table as soon as we finished eating, to make space for more guests. The food was generally bad, made us feel queasy after every meal. The hotel is land locked right next to a highway, you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. Staff would often ignore you if you came up to them with questions The business lounge was jam packed with suitcases and unusable

Nothing the place was disgusting

The food was cold. Restaurant was closed only buffet. Drinks were low quality. Service was non existent. Check in was a nightmare. Room was filthy

incredible staff, really good mexican food, good house wines, modela Negra on tap awesome, captain Morgan spiced rum top shelf excellente. won't hesitate to come back. they say mexican charm and they deliver. Thankyou to Monserrat, your welcoming smile made each morning a great way to start the day. Omlettes were also good in the morning.

no complaints, hey its not perfect, but its charming. A wonderful, wonderful stay. Our room # 243 was great, walk in closet, king bed, sitting area, balcony with table and chairs, hot water every day.

We loved the atmosphere, the food and cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and helpful. This place has a lot of charm!

The beds were a bit too firm for my husband and it was challenging being non-drinkers. Our 17 year old son was served alcohol on a few occasions. He does look older, but had to keep on top of this! We weren't too thrilled about having to order eggs online with the QR code. We really didn't want to have to carry our phones to breakfast.

I have nothing to criticize

The staff was excellent and eager to please. It was very clean. The food was good for the price.

The alcohol was watered down and we ended up buying our own tequila to make our own drinks. We wanted more traditional Mexican food including guacamole and tortillas. I asked for some and was told they didn’t have any. They did have a Mexican feast one night out of 7. They said the property was non-smoking but there were several guests who just ignored the rule. There were smokers on the private beach. I have asthma and always look specifically for non-smoking properties. There was a lot of noise outside of our rooms. We woke at 1am and 3am to parties and arguing. The rooms have not been updated for many years but they did keep the paint up and clean.

The guestrooms need some work on basic things like grouting and faucets in the bathroom for instance.
