El desayuno merece el mejor de los elogios. Muy superior a los los estándares en Argentina. :)

La ubicacion muy buena, en un entorno con mucho verde, cerca de las terminal de Buquebus, la 9 de Julio y Puerto Madero. La limpieza y el servicio en general. El desayuno muy completo. La posibilidad de elegir la ubicacion de la habitacion previo a la llegada.

Habia moscas sobre la comida en el desayuno, especialmente en la fruta y eran muchas. El baño de la habitacion era pequeño y algo incomodo de usar. La presión de agua en la ducha no era la mejor.

Muy pequeña la habitación, el teléfono casi no se escuchaba.

the padding was torn and very old, there was no garbage can in the bathroom, there was no space to enter the shower and the towels are old, the staff could be more attentive , they do not say hello , good morning or good night , only if it was a reply .

Rooms giving on street are noisy, not recommended for light sleepers. They changed me to a patio room and it was perfect.

The location, however is not space enough for parking and not very comfy

The room was the usual size, comparable to many chains with the minimum amount of space. The bathroom was extremely small, but very clean and had everything one would need. The room was very clean and cleaned very well. Most of the staff on reception were extremely helpful. The breakfast has to be the best I had in Argentina and it was beautifully laid out and also catered to most dietary requirements. It was impressive.

We have been many times in this hotel, and we came back after pandemic years; it was a pleasure to see that it continues being a good place to stay. So I just copy my review from some years ago… Location is superb! From some rooms and from restaurant one overlooks a plaza with blooming trees in spring, and it is convenient for most public transportation or main attractions. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, making you feel really welcome. Facilities are good, comfortable beds, and rooms of different sizes are available. Breakfast buffet is good and generous. All one needs in a gentle and warmer environment than huge impersonal hotels!

The staff were great. They were very helpful and kept our luggage very well even when we went for a few days out of town. We chose to stay twice here during our trip. The breakfast was wonderful and they made us custom omlettes. The room was really good with the first stay being better than the other. 2nd stay was same type of room but one floor up and somehow it was not as nice as the other room. It is a bit noisy being right on the street but it didn't bother us too much. Make sure the windows are shut well. The view was great and location convenient

the room is too small, not suitable for more than 3 days. The tap of the sink leaked, there should be more hangers in the closet and for towels in bathrooms.

The location is excellent for sightseeing. Close to parks, the opera house, restaurants and shopping.

The ventilation system needs to be cleaned. There was a musty odour coming out of the vents in the room.

A very nice hotel, in all pertinent respects. Centrally located at San Martin Plaza, very rich breakfast, very nice staff, all in all very pleasant and comfortable hotel.

Reception staff were very helpful. Great location. Nice toiletries. Quiet at night.

Only one coffee pod and no water on first day. Knock on to clean the room quite early. Room is quite small.
