The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was incredibly varied with a huge amount of choice. The location was handy for the station, but access to the hotel was a bit off-putting. When you are inside though it is fine.

The room was very hot, the air conditioning wasn't as efficient as it could have been.

Smidigt läge nära flygplatsen och samtidigt gångavstånd till allt vi ville se och göra i staden. Barnen älskade frukostbuffén som hade stor variation för att vara i Italien. Trevlig personal.

Badrummet var lite äldre och toalett och dusch fungerade inte perfekt.

Served its purpose, needed a night in Pisa for early flight the following morning and we were able to easily get a taxi (we were too early for the train). Staff helpful and pleasant on arrival.

Area around the hotel is a little seedy but to be expected when near a train station I suppose; inside the hotel felt safe and secure. Walls a little thin, could hear next room's conversation clearly! But had ear plugs so all good.

The room was close to the station, which made it easy to leave the next day hotel slippers were provided and the shower was nice and hot, albeit a tad cramped

The area near the station did not look very safe. room decor is very dated but i guess its whats available at that price

We got a family room and it had a terrace. The beds were confortable and the staff very friendly. we got the breakfast prepared to take away since we were going to check out very early and we really appreciated it.

The hotel itself is old not modern but the big rooms / space paid off.

Great hotel. Clean and in a very good location. 2 minute walk from the train station and 15/20 minutes from Pisa Centre.
