Hervorragende Lage für Stadtbummel, alles sehr Nah, sehr nette Lage und sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, absolut empfehlenswert!
Einzig Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken etc.) haben beim Frühstück gefehlt, sonst alles BESTENS!

Great location, you can park briefly outside to drop bags off. Helpful staff.
Lovely building.
Our daughter had the economy double on ground floor which was great with a bath & traditional Tuscan style wooden wardrobe etc.
We had a more contemporary room on 3 rd floor which cost more but was probably only worth the extra cost in terms of being in a quieter location with view over San Domenico & Duomo.
Great croissants at breakfast & a good gluten free chocolate cake.
Would have liked a remote control for our air con.

The beauty of the hotel; the restaurant meal was excellent-nice to have cuisine; seven minute walk to the town center; they kept my luggage for me while I explored the following day.

Very good location and generally clean. Nice rooms with terrace and spacious lobbies.
The attitude of the people at the reception could be improved. The all-male team seemed to share the same sort of attitude that was not comforting at all. We had the impression that, with every question we asked, we are being looked down upon.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from the historic city and a short taxi ride from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and our room had a street view. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of delicious food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, easily walkable to everything. Breakfast room was lovely but the food was just okay. Coffee machines did not work consistently, nothing worse than half a cup of warm cappuccino. Staff were very helpful.

Great location, especially if you travel by car. The hotel overlooks the Basilica San Domenico and you're in 10 minutes at Piazza del Campo. A public parking is next to the hotel an if you're lucky you can also get a private parking at the hotel. Hotel features a nice ristorante which has a nice tasting menu.

Ground floor room facing the street. Noisy until about 2am (party-goers returning from clubs?) and from about 6am (street-cleaning). Other rooms probably fine.

I stayed in Siena for two nights as a solo traveler. I was impressed by the quality of service and the location in the historical center of Siena. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the room was clean with a nice breakfast selection.

Great size for a double room with comfortable beds and bathroom. Excellent location to access train station and town centre. Helpful communication from staff before and during our stay. Will be back!

Great location to explore Siena from the Hotel. Friendly staff to help with car parking. Friendly staff at breakfast. Awesome safe built into the wall of the hotel room.

The breakfast was amazing, and the view from the breakfast room was also great. Everything was clean and functional in the room. The location was amazing and everything was a short walk. Plus its also really close to the bus station, so if you get here by bus from Florence you can walk a short distance to it.
As others have mentioned there is no elevator. We didn't mind, but for some, that could be a problem. The TV was small, but these are really small things.

The staff were very friendly. Spoke many languages. The breakfast was amazing, especially the wonderful croissants. We loved our stay.
The hairdryer wasn't very good and it was extremely loud. It didn't have an elevator.

Not a problem for us, but no elevator access. Some noise from the hallway, but very limited.
