Easy access by car.

The hotel is great and has a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay very much, our room was spacious and had a nice view. The personnel were friendly and solved all the issues that we had.

The price. I understand the game of supply and demand. We were there for the super finals champions league volleyball. The room was really overpriced in my opinion. It was a pity that the restaurant was closed.

An irritating feature was the motion-sensor light above the mini bar that would come on even when my wife moved her foot out of the bed. The problem was fixed immediately we brought it up with the Front Desk

We had a very good experience this weekend. We had a smooth and friendly check in process. The room was very clean and fit our needs. Although this hotel is not necessarily in the city center, it was close enough to walk to the different attractions and shops in the city. The hotel had private parking, which is sometimes a difficult thing to find in cities like this. In general, great value for money.

The hotel was nice and presentable at reception and the rooms were a good size.

1.Our bathroom floor was dirty with hair under the sink on the floor. 2. I didn't realise the hotels allowed pets in rooms - which if I knew I would never have booked it as I suffer from allergies.This should be clearly advertised when booking. 3. I for some reason was sure I had breakfast included in my booking price esp as I spent 150 euros for one night but I hadn't.

The location, 4 minutes from Porta Susa. a taxi stand is right on front of the entrance. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. the house keeping were excellent.
