Disliked nothing but vegetarian food choices could be better for dinner

Beautiful views, very nice large swimming pool, historic property, very friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise a fabulous wine tour and have us lots of good restaurant recommendations.

Would have been good to have an iron and ironing board to use but otherwise everything was great

The overall experience is over the expected. Ask for the junior suite, room 11, you won't regret it.

Maybe more options for fruits for breakfast would be nice.

The location was wonderful, the Villa was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended things and restaurants for us, which turned out to be perfect. The breakfast was great too. Also, loved the honor system and drinks offered at the honor bar.

A little more attention to cleanliness of the large gathering areas. The chandelier needs some attention.

Quite and relaxing stay. Staff is wonderful management, reception and waiters! I wish we coild have stayed longer but wecwill be coming back!

Amazing service, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel was magnificent. Every clean rooms. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

- very old pool furniture with no pillows ( which made is unfomfortable) - breakfast was limited and the quality was questionable - hotel where big group organisations travel to, you feel it and it makes it sometimes a bit less fun as individual couple

Loved everything! Absolutely beautiful! Staff was extremely nice, flexible and helpful. Made my stay wonderful. The house itself is gorgeous, the grounds are like a postcard. This is what Americans wanting to see Tuscany are thinking of. And a great value. I had one of the less expensive rooms. The bathroom was a little small but clean and nice. Great shower. The room was very pretty, wood beam ceiling etc. Again, I paid for a less expensive room. If I make it back to Tuscany, I will come back.

The location is quiet yet so close to Florence, Sienna and other wonderful cities. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The personnel is so helpful and nice!
