Set in beautiful Grounds spoilt by lack of care and attention to Paying Guests.

Shocking attitude from the owners over the constant noise. A wedding was in full swing when we arrived at 5pm with a band for entertainment till 2am!!!. Additionally the host had a private party finishing in the late hours with live music from 6pm in the restaurant within 2 days of the wedding. Most of the accommodation are a couple of meters from this area & the Restaurant!!! The staff in the kitchen are noisy and finish very late, they stand out side smoking and talking. When there’s a party the large swimming pool and jacuzzi and bar are off limits to guests. The staff and owners continuously rode around in a John deer gator pick up ( a diesel 4x4 cart )all day and really late into the early hours, which wakes everyone and everything up. We drove 16 hours and arrived at 5pm, we didn’t get to sleep until 3am. Staff say” I just work here” I waited 3 days to speak to the daughter of the owners about my arrival. We had no wifi and asked booking.com to move us. They couldn’t but told us we could find alternative accommodation. With no wifi we were stuck there, without wifi we hope to find some where else.

The ventilation in the bathroom was not satisfactory. Due to that there was mould in the shower.

The grounds are extremely well looked after. The restuaraunts food is really good. Pools are both nice and clean.

Our booking confirmation mentioned our room had a balcony which it did not. The kitchen was also right next to our room and the staff would smoke outside our room it wasnot a nice smell to wake up to. The waste bags are also there so dont stay in that room. We were moved to a room with a view which was beautiful I recommend getting a car. taxis are about 50Eur to Florence 1 way. Also becareful driving on the narrow roads they are beautiful but difficult to navigate at night

room had no ventilation other then main door blankets were dusty my kids fell sick no vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast we mentioned prior about the food

Beautiful spacious room, gorgeous grounds, comfortable, clean, very sweet staff. Amazing rich breakfast. Arrived later than 19 so no more office hours, the restaurant staff showed us the room and we checked in and payed in the morning. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant as well, just bear in mind the vegetarian options are limited.

-Nobody reachable when we arrived ,nobody around,not answering the phone;we had to speak to another guest to find the owner -No heat;extremely cold;my wife was using the blow dryer to keep the kids warm;17 degrees all night and again we could not reach anybody
