The Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our air conditioner and it didn't took 5 minutes to get help, we even got a room upgrade, since water was dropping from the conditioner. The rooms were clean and the Jacuzzi very relaxing. The prices are moderate and the food is very delicious, definitely recommend it.

There is nothing to really think about, the only little thing that wasn't so good was, that everytime I had to use the hotel toilets (not the ones in the room) there was no soap or paper, but despite that it was a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was as good as the reviews promised. Internet was good. Lifts worked smoothly. Jacuzzi was excellent (the fitness room and sauna both looked great).

Best hotel in Gorzow for business travelers. I tried them all and believe me, the Qubus is by far the best one. Ultra fast internet with speed up to 100MBit/s , what is for me in my job very important these days as I sometimes have video calls late at night. Rooms are good and price is reasonable, breakfast is also good. Iron and ironing board is provided quickly on request. Hotel restaurant is also very good if you dont want to go out for dinner. Also small shopping center with super market is across the street.

Parking is sometimes a bit challenging, especially as it seems to be built for smaller cars but you can also park outside as it is free if you leave before 8am (after 8 its with parking meter till the evening).

The heating system. It is as old as this hotel, or I would say much older. it is an ancient type of air conditioning, as loud as a thunderstorm, and as inefficient as a stork in a nuclear power plant. The operating panel is impossible to use, in order to change from one working mode to another ( shift a button ) one needs to nearly break a finger. And- a curtain around the shower???- oh please, in a hotel which rates itself 4 stars…? The whole bathroom is obsolete. Definitely needs refurbishment.

Fantastic breakfast with a great selection of food and drinks, location, big rooms and very helpful employees. The parking under the hotel was also a huge plus.

The only think that I didn't like was a carpet in the room :)

The location is fantastic. The reception staff was very efficient and nice The food in the restaurant was tasty, but long waiting time. The breakfast was superb - lots of options and one of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel.

The waitress in the morning wasn't the nicest - instead of the "good morning"we heard "room number?".

spacious modern rooms with water & coffee provided. staff on reception spoke good English. fantastic breakfast buffet, cold & cold, with delicious pastries & fresh pressed OJ.
