Nous avions pris une suite et nous avons pas trop aimé la decoration. Surtout les traces d’humidité sur les mur et plafond et quelques trace sur la baignore ainsi que quelques poils d’ancien clients de la chambre

L'hotel è situato a pochissimi minuti dall'aeroporto di Orio al Serio e a due passi dal centro commerciale. Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e gentile. La camera si presenta come spaziosa, ben arredata, con molto spazio e differenti confort. Abbiamo trovato in camera un vassoio con dei buonissimi biscotti di accoglienza. Bagno grande e spazioso. Ma soprattutto esattamente pulito.

L'unica nota negativa sarebbe potuta essere la vicinanza con l'aeroporto, per via dei voli continui, invece grazie ai doppi vetri delle grandi finestre, abbiamo riposato serenamente tutta la notte.

Thought 1 sachet of coffee and 1 decaf sachet was a bit tight!! No milk, no biscuits and price of the mini bar was very excessive As >€5 for small can of beer. Went and bought my own in the end.

handy for the airport except you have to walk about 1 km which dragging your bag is a pain.Hotel should provide shuttle from airport to hotel .They provide one back at a cost of E5 which they would be better adding into the cost of a room. Ate in the restaruant on two occasions and the food service and price were brilliant .

The hotel is located across the road from the airport, but it takes half an hour to get to it because there is no direct passage and because part of the existing passage is additionally long due to construction work going on nearby. The hotel offers guests a shuttle to the airport for 5 euros per person. The room was quite spacious and clean. Of course, there is no view from the window, but the main purpose of the hotel is to spend a night or two between flights. At the reception, they offer rather expensive certificates for dinner, but next to the hotel there is a large shopping center with a cafe and a food court, so if you have not arrived at night, it is better to eat there.

The soundproofing in the room is terrible, there are such gaps under the door that everything that happens in the corridor is clearly audible. An additional impossibility of sleeping is provided by the automatic air conditioning system, which turns on and off with a awful sound. It is also impossible to sleep without air conditioning because then the room becomes hellishly stuffy. Free Wi-Fi works poorly and warns that there are problems with the security certificate. It seems the hotel has data security issues. I ordered a room for myself and my children, and when they printed out the documents for me to sign upon check-in, the data of the children were correct, but instead of my name and surname, the system gave the name and surname of completely unknown man. At the same time, the reservation number and passport data were mine. Taking into account the fact that the hotel also has bank card data, this is a little worrying.

Room was very clean and spacious. Requested breakfast “to go” and it was delivered on time and contained a good variety of food. Pre-booked shuttle was on time as well.

It is not my first time in that hotel. It is always a pleasure to be host by the hotel. Highly recommended!!!!!!
