The hotel and the service/staff are excellent. It is also situated in a very good spot. Near the railway station and city center. Breakfast is good (also something "salty" for the Scandinavian passengers, who are used to that)

This was not a problem for us, but the room where we were had a carpeted floor and a very strong smell of the cleaning detergent (if you have an allergy etc it might be a problem)

Hotel is located close to the airport. It has unique atmosphere and rooms are very clean and stylish.

There was no working radiator in the room, so it was a bit cold.

It was very strange that when registering, the receptionist wanted to keep our documents and give them back later. Please don't do that - it's dangerous.

Very good location (close to the airport) and only 10min walk from the train station. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluently in English :) Rooms are clean

Night staff very helpful and friendly

The gentleman who was on at the evenings , checking people in and working the bar was exceptional. Such a superstar. He worked so hard switching between reception and the bar and had so much knowledge and passion for the history of Italy-he made our stay. The bar is open all night and stocks a good selection of drinks which was a nice touch. The bath was amazing. The decor was simply stunning and the hotel is situated close to the airport and train station which makes it ideal for a short stay and those wanting somewhere comfortable to place their heads after a long journey

There weren’t a lot of choices at breakfast and the morning we stayed, it was a little chaotic. The staff were working hard to restock the products on offer and we did only stay one night, so hard to judge. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which as we knew when we booked and as we were only staying the one night, was fine. personally I wouldn’t do a longer stay due to this as I’m someone who needs a tea and hot water bottle through the night (total personal preference ) we would still absolutely recommend this hotel and had a lovely stay.
