The service was excellent.

Era uno dei miei preferiti hotel della capitale. Dopo 5 anni l’ho trovato in stato di abbandono nonostante i prezzi lievitati. Stanze e bagni sporchi, condizionatori rumorosi e mal funzionanti. A seguito delle ns lamentele relative al non funzionamento del condizionatore ci hanno cambiato la camera promettendo di includere anche la colazione per il disagio arrecato. Alla fine ce l’hanno addebitata comunque, in quanto il personale di reception non aveva neppure verificato quanto disposto dal supervisore. Sintetizzando struttura che necessita di una importante ristrutturazione e personale comunque inadeguato alle stelle pretese. Che peccato! Una grande delusione

No coffee machine in the room

מלון מדהים עם שירות אדיב. המיקום מחוץ למרכז העיר הוא בהחלט יתרון, נהנים גם מהשקט של החופשה וגם משאטל נח שיוצא בכל שעה עגולה. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה!

הדבר היחיד שהוריד את הדירוג ל9 (ולטעמי זה רע מאוד) הוא העובדה שהטלוויזיה בחדר לא חכמה. לא כמצופה ממלון במעמד כזה. כך שאם אתם מוקדם בחדר ורוצים לראות נטפליקס יחד, תאלצו לוותר...

Our entire stay went very well. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were brilliant. We had easy access to the city either by cab or using the courtesy bus provided by the hotel.

All was great.

The bar area is beautiful and the balcony has lovely views over the pool and garden. Pablo on reception was an absolute delight and a credit to the hotel.

We were a little disappointed with our meal in Ulivetto. The hotel was a little further out than we anticipated and it was around 10/15 minutes to central parts of Rome. That being said there was also a taxi available.

The property is beautiful, although over priced

There is a business health conference here, the experience since arrival has been awful. We have had to walk through the expo to get to breakfast.

Entering the hotel felt like I took a Time Machine back to the early 2000s. Everything in the accommodation is old and dated from physical things like furniture and telephones to the experience over all service style. For the night cost I was expecting something completely different. I had to check out early because I was bit by all the bugs in the balcony, bring a repellent if you’re staying in the summer. One of the receptionists was extremely rude, my booking was for 2 people and she, very rudely and condescendingly, me told me I need to pay extra for my friend to come in and hang out. Thankfully Booking.com was on my side and that was resolved. But that type of service for the cost does not make sense. Also, boring pool and the Rome views are blocked by large trees.

Was a pleasant experience from time we checked to departure.

Wonderfull breakfast - mainly waffles. Very nice place - pool under pines, view from balcony,... and others.

+ Be AWARE: The Breakfast that Booking.com sells with the rooms is not the buffet breakfast in the balcony, it is a tiny, horrible, low quality small selection which is served in a small room on 6th floor! so do not book your room with breakfast on booking.com because if you want a semi-decent but better than the one offered in that tiny room breakfast then you are asked to pay extra at the hotel! I do not remember how much was it. Only book for the room and pay for breakfast at the property. They over charge I think because they are far from everywhere and you do not have other options around. + smelly and old rooms + super uncomfortable beds + horrible breakfast! the bread is stale. horrible coffee. I am assuming even the buffet on the balcony has the same quality because it must come from the same kitchen

Lovely hotel with amazing service.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. The breakfast was a feast every morning and the facilities were top notch. The ambience of the hotel was exceptional and outstandingly beautiful.

The service was exceptional, the rooms spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I look forward to staying here again.

I ordered a steak medium rare. I forgot that medium rare in Italy is much rarer than medium rare in the US. I'll remember next time.

The staff around the pool had no interest in helping. There was zero service.

The location and the grounds were lovely and also located at the property is the amazing 3 star Michelin restaurant La Pergola

Many of the facilities were not available to us during our stay as the hotel had almost, but not quite entirely, been taken over by a large corporate event whose people were loud, louche and at times bordering on obscene in their behaviour No access to the main pool, the breakfast and restaurant terrace and on the final day no access to the one remaining outdoor terrace Bar area unusable due to the behaviour mentioned above In fairness the hotel acknowledged the problem and agreed in future that they should notify guests in advance if facilities are being withdrawn, they also compensated us for the lack of facilities with a partial refund It rather spoilt our trip but hopefully lessons will be learned for the future because it is a lovely hotel in a super location

Stunning hotel with amazing views of Rome. Exceptionally appointed rooms with every need thought of. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at LaPergola.
