The hotel is located in one of the best areas close to the beach , restaurants, shops .

The breakfast is served in the NH Imperial Hotel located next street . The breakfast rate is higher than you pay for a decent one in the nearby cafeterias, restaurants.

The hotel is super positioned, the bed is comfortable, I found parking on the streets near the hotel, every day.

The window does not offer insulation against the outside noise, but it's ok, it's not very noisy.

Sadly, none of the rooms are sea facing and also the hotel doesn't have a breakfast option of their own. However, the group hotel NH Imperial is just a few minutes away and provides buffet breakfast options.

The location is excellent.

The room was constantly under attack by insects. The desk and bathroom counter were frequently visited by tiny ants, and on my last day I was surprised by a rather large (2cm) cockroach crawling around my shaving kit. The restaurant is in another hotel about a block away. The quality of the food was mediocre, especially for the price. The bar was never open, that I noticed, but it was hard to notice because it was also in the other hotel. The climate controls are rudimentary but at least there is a way to turn on a fan that blows air that is vaguely warmer or cooler. A minor concern, but the pillows were very firm to the point that side sleepers like me might wake in the night from pain in their ears.

Fabulous location. Warmth, courtesy and professionalism of reception staff were outstanding.

We had a significant leak from the air conditioning unit at 5am that sounded like a tap had just been turned on. I understand these things happen, but there wasn’t even an apology for the inconvenience.

Great location close to beach and facilities. Attentive staff who responded promptly and politely to requests to make our stay more comfortable. Gym was great including fresh towels. Street view over cafes. Complimentary toiletries and cold water appreciated. Fridge. Early check-in was most helpful. Secure bag storage after check out was great.

Difficult to keep the room cool. Some night time noise which we expected in the City. The door to the room was a little dangerous as it bounced off the door stop and both of us separately got knocked by door. No facility to make tea and coffee although there was a vending machine in Reception.

Location... less than 100 metres from the beach . Close to cafes.. restaurants.. very local.. delicious Spanish food
