Everyone was friendly, polite , staff well trained

Location, comfortable, and nice people

The personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. There was a microwave for guests that can be used anytime. Shampoo, shower gel, hand lotion and bedding with towels - very good. Location is also good, and for the price I payed, I got a good deal.

When we arrived the bedside tables had dust on them. The room looked nice but it had dents in the wall, so you could tell that people were really pushing furniture against it. After cleaning was done, the tables still remained dusty, although overall room seemed like it was cleaned. Microwave downstairs was sometimes dirty. The view from the window was just inner small corner yard on the roof - no questions there, but it was really dirty there - forgotten socks, cigarette butts here and there. Also there is no headlight in the room,only the small ones bedside lamps, so it seemed kinda a bit too dark all the time.

it was advertised with spa , so we paid having in mind that we will be enjoying a spa , went there to find the spa closed until January, to be honest i felt like I really want a refund because i could have chosen somewhere else with a spa

The room was big and clean even if there is a lot of dust under the beds and in the hidden areas.

The swimming pool and SPA were out of service and we knew it by surprise, nothing was mentioned in the booking description.

Personnell is very helpful, nice and professional, the location of the Hotel is good, the wifi works very well and the room is very bag. I had the room with the terrace, which is quite big too. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom as a bath tube and is very spacious. I have had dinner a couple of times there and the food is good.

It is great to have an underground parking, though the parking spaces are quite small, and if you have a big car sometimes it can be tricky to park. A part from that it was all good, perhaps the chance to have a coffee in the room or on each floor would be good.

This hotel has a fantastic location nearby the beach and the city centre, as well as only 25 mins away from Barcelona. There was a big free of payment parking just 1 min walk from the hotel and that came in very handy for our 10 nights stay and parking our car for free and safely. The staff is so helpful and kind at all times. From the reception to the cleaning and maintenance, all so kind and supportive. A very nice option they have for breakfast is the 5 euros deal with a coffee, croissant, mini sandwich and a juice. On days where you just want to grab something quick and hit the road to the beach or an attraction in Barcelona, this was a very practical option that we enjoyed. We definitely recommend it 👌 😊

The air conditioning is a bit old. It may need a change and/or maintenance.

Location, not to touristy, more of a spot that spanish use and not full of foreigners.
