L'emplacement très bien pour aller visiter Barcelone. Il faut compter 40mn en train. Le parking fermé pour la voiture (moyennement 15€/jour ) Le logement est propre. Accueil adapté car j'ai prévenu de notre arrivée peu de temps avant. Prix intéressant par rapport à Barcelone.

Avec le froid, nous aurions apprécié des couvertures à disposition en plus (notamment pour les enfants) car les couettes sont très légères même s'il y a les clim réversibles. La porte à galandage de la salle de bain est cassée.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and was in an excellent location.

The man I met at the property didn't speak English. They could have a written copy of the check in information to hand which included an explanation of the tourist tax that I was expected to pay in cash upon receiving the keys.

The host was super efficient. They contacted us before our travel date to organise keys and a tour of the property. They were on the other end of a whatsup to advise cool places to eat and things to see. A short walk took us to the beach and a lovely beach restaurant. The property had everything we needed. Spotless clean and great WiFi. The outside patio is lovely to sit outside on an evening. The train station is less than 200 yards from the apartment, so we could travel straight from Barcelona Airport to Mataró. Great host. We diffinently will be back.

Everything was perfect and to a high standard.

The place is spacious, has 2 bedrooms, each with its own toilet, and a nice private garden to chill out. It is 5min from Mataro train station - which can easily take you to Barcelona, or wherever you want to go. What I really liked was that it was clean. It had strong WiFi, and we could do some work while staying there.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the entry stairs are quite narrow - so if you are coming with a stroller, have that in consideration. But other than that, everything was perfect with this accommodation.

The beds were not comfortable

They let us check out 2 hours later, and since our flight was later at night that was great!

It was a nice little homestay for the two of us, while also 4 people could have stayed here at ease. It was perfectly located near the city center, but also to the train station and the beach access (5-10 min walk). It’s a clean property with a nice balcony to enjoy the evenings. Furthermore it had a full kitchen and a washing machine, which are both nice to haves during a vacation.

The beds were a bit older and thus not comfy anymore. These could be replaced. There are two cameras which are only on where there are no tenants (according to the landlords). Just take two plastic bags and the issue is solved 😉 The door to the balcony could not be closed because the mechanism is broken (@owners: please fix it for future guests).
