I liked the amount of space in the room and the facilities at the hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely and cinema night was a nice touch! The decor was nice and it was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great! Very relaxed vibe at the downstairs pool too. Nice staff.

Just some minor things, the doors of the bathroom are glass which is a little strange. The TV position in the room is difficult for everyone to see. Maybe have some coffee pods available for the machine. But otherwise a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, reception area and breakfast room is beautiful. Bed really comfortable, lots of pillows and mattress comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers, never had a problem getting one. Staff really friendly and helped book a taxi to airport on day of departure. Staff put a lot of effort into the activities at the hotel and are enthusiastic!

Room lacked mirror, could have done with one in the bedroom, was just one in the bathroom. Our air con worked well but did leak a little bit, we had to put a towel down on floor. Breakfast was good, the fruit juice was watered down and coffee could have been better. Would have preferred more fresh fruit at, there were fresh bananas, apples, peaches and watermelon. But one morning had tinned pineapple served at breakfast and then later that day I ordered a cocktail and there was a fresh bit of pineapple to decorate glass. We had a corner room, and our balcony did lack privacy at one side.

It was hard to find free sunbeds in the swimming pool area, even harder a free sunbed with an umbrella or in shades

The hotel was spotless with modern decor. Food was lovely with plenty of choice and you could choose to sit inside or outside. The price of drinks was very reasonable and we even found a lovely bottle of red wine for 12 euros. The location was excellent, just a short walk from bars, restaurants and the beach. The pool area on the roof is lovely, it was windy when we went in September so it got a bit much sometimes but I imagine during the height of summer it would be beautiful. It is on the same level as the gym , sauna area and sauna.

Pool area was quite busy with sunbeds, you're lying very close to the person next to you. We got a kettle along with the tea bags and coffee for the room. They only provided 4 small milks for the day which would be replenished every day. They did eventually provide a few more once we asked.

Cuisine was perfect.Ten points to chef-conditer,his fondant and catalana cream are brilliant !

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly on reception and catering staff worked non stop, location was central and walking distance to the beach Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed, view was nice of the pool Top floor pool was nice! Massage was lovely that I booked within the hotel

First opinion of the place was had we entered a retirement village. No atmosphere around the pool. Used the top floor pool instead, was more of mixed ages up there. I can't say it seemed very child friendly even though there was a child pool. Toilet doors are just a glass door, didn't give any privacy as they were not a full door. We were unlucky that we had a screeching child every night and early morning every night of our stay. So rooms are not very sound proofed. The sound still haunts me! Food was ok, we did eat out one night to have a change, food was basic buffet but didn't have an evening that we went hungry, . Staff worked so hard to keep the constant turn around of people in the restaurant. Couldn't fault the staff in the outside dining area. The hotel itself was nice but if you want an atmosphere I didn't feel it was us. I read the reviews but like to find out for myself but I do agree with some of the points others have left. If you want a central hotel it's a great location
