Todo muy bien! El personal amable, la habitación calientita, el desayuno rico. Muy destacable también la cercanía a locales nocturnos y el metro. Que tuvieran a su perrita Ginny en el hostal me hizo sentir como en casa <3

Die Lage ist super fußläufig auch zur U-Bahn. Zimmer sind nett mit Heizung die auch nötig war. Man kann dort gut frühstücken und abends was kleines in den gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsräumen essen. Auch bekommt man früher das Frühstück wenn man auf Tour geht Bei FreeTours kann man Stadtführungen gegen eigenen Preis machen, war super

O quarto em que ficamos era ótimo, muito espaçoso, as camas muito confortáveis, e o banheiro com bom espaço interno. O café da manhã era muito bem servido e variado. A localização do hostel é excelente, perto de vários pontos turísticos do bairro Providência. A equipe está de parabéns, principalmente a Claudia, que foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante a nossa estadia.

No 1o dia a água do chuveiro demorou bastante pra esquentar, mas no 2o foi tranquilo. O piso de madeira é meio barulhento ao pisar, o que pode causar incômodo para alguns, embora para nós não tenha sido um problema.

The attention was great. All the people that I spoke to were super nice and helpful. Their dog was a plus. She is a doll.

The heat wasn't working well. I asked on the first day and they said the heating system had scheduled hours, but I never felt it working. The good thing is that the blankets were great.

The staff was very friendly and trying to fulfill every wish or answering every question. The breakfast is very good and dishes as well. Very cosy, family like atmosphere with an even very friendly house dog. :-) Very near to the center and metro station. We can clearly recommend this house.

The host was super attencious to us, always ready to help with any issue and very kind. The instalations were okay and so was the breakfast. There are plenty of places nearby to eat or grab some food or supplies.

Location is excellent - close to metro train station and several tourist sites. Staff was friendly and super helpful with advice on tours, supermarkets. The (free) map provided by the hostel was really helpful. They also provide free filtered water, upon request. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Before you arrive, you could message them to request/ arrange for taxi from airport to the hostel.

Shampoo was not supplied.

We liked absolutely everything. From the position, so close to the old city, to the excellent and friendly staff. 👌 the decor was amazing and the showers were fantastic.

Lots of traffic noise with the windows open. Room a little small with neither shelves nor hangers for clothes. Carrying the bags up one flight of stairs.

A cosy hostal with wonderful facilities, I liked the courtyard and quiet gentle music playing. It felt very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and clean, with space to hang clothes and make me feel at home. Fresh fruit at breakfast was a welcome surprise.

Staff was supper nice and super friendly. The location is great. Booked a single room with private bathroom-the room was super small and, a smell of smoke was lingering in the room and only had a fan which is not convenient for the hot Chilean Summer. Price of the room same as price of a hotel room.

My husband & I spent one night at this Hostal before catching an early afternoon flight out the next day. Got the job done - staff is friendly, place is clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and there was warm water. Wasn’t as loud as I was expecting from the previous comments - yes you can hear the outside cars passing but we didn’t find it that bad.

For me everything was great. From the beginning of the booking communication was good. They arranged a taxi. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful when I arrived with hardly any money and no credit or debit cards. I loved the breakfast. The girl managing the breakfast was very friendly and there was plenty to eat. The house itself has a lot of character, is quaint, had good vibes and everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

For me it was perfect!
