Stayed at hotel as we were getting an early morning ferry to santorini. Location. Take away breakfast box. View. Staff great information, communication and friendly

Can’t think of anything….we only stayed in hotel for 10hours and didn’t use Resturant

Location was fantastic for touring and visiting the sites of Heraklion

Parking around the hotel was a nightmare and difficult to find at the best of times- Although the parking did have dedicated parking approx 1km away it was hard to find .

Beautiful view and nice location close to port and bus station. Breakfast is buffet and there is a restaurant on the roof. Staff are pleasant.

Elevators are old and awkward to use. Floors are a little shabby, place could do with an update.

Location is perfect. Staff is outstanding. Clean, modern room. The hotel is close to the port, shopping and restaurants. The rooftop restaurant offers wonderful food and a world-class view of the harbor.

location is very close to city center member of staff proposed to keep our car keys to move our car until we settle as we could keep the parking spot right outside for longer. he was very polite and helpful

we were disappointed with our stay. One member of the staff was entirely unprofessional. We signed a contract for a family room with him but we were given a smaller room. We were given a partial refund for this. He also asked us to pay three times the cost for our dog that was staying with us. Thankfully, his colleague corrected him. We discovered a hole in our sheets, and the staff forgot towels for one person so we had to ask for those as well. On the second night, our neighbors were extremely loud and disruptive, shouting, banging doors, we were truly scared and we did not rest well. We mentioned this to the hotel but they said that our neighbors were scheduled to leave the next day so nothing more could be done. I would not recommend this hotel but I have to praise one member of the staff who was very helpful with our problems. That said, we believe that after all these issues, and the stress, we are entitled to further compensation.

Arrived after couple of long flights. Took them long to find our reservations. I showed them both reservation and asked for our room as we had limited time for a shower and rest. They refused. When they finally found the bookings, they blamed booking.com for the mistake. Frankly talking, not professional at all. Rooms are tiny small, beds are not comfortable, elevators are back from the 50's. Sorry Lato, but i will not visit you again despite the fact that i am very frequent in your town

Junior suite is comfortable with nice wiew. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast exellent. Location by the sea is perfect.

There is renovation going on. Not mentioned anywhere. Parking is 300 metres away. High price for pets 25 euros each.
