Our family been going to Miramar Beach for years now, and this is hands down the absolute best place to stay. We have 6 adults, 3 kids (6,4, and 4), and an infant with us. Everything we could possibly have needed was at the home, including beach toys for the kids. You don’t need to pack anything except your clothes and groceries! It was immaculately clean as well. The views from the decks and the private beach cannot be beat. It was truly paradise. Teresa was also always available for any questions we had during our stay. We will always continue to stay here. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home with every amenity you could dream of!

Awesome property
We had six adults and two children and everyone had an awesome time! The house was well equipped in the kitchen and all the beach toys and chairs you would need!! The access to the beach was perfect for setting up on the beach and being able to run back up to the house when needed. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Can’t wait to go back again!

Excellent stay
Our daughter had a change in plans for her wedding due to Covid. We had a beach wedding with immediate family only and the location of this unit was perfect. This was our 2nd stay and we loved it just as much as the first time! Included everything you needed. Tastefully decorated and very clean! We will be back!

Great Location
The location was ideal. Not only was it great to be right on the beach, we loved being able to run over to Pompano Joe's, which has great food and drinks. Also loved being able to walk to beach stores and ice cream. The unit had a great layout and worked well for our family. Also loved the beach chair setup every day. The only issue we seemed to encounter was frequent cold showers. The water heater does not seem to be sufficient to keep up with an entire shower, even a relatively quick one.

We had a great week. The townhouse was clean and beautiful. We could not of had a better location. We enjoyed having the private beach just a few steps away. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Host and amazing trip
We had an absolute amazing time. The house was perfect very well-stocked and equipped with everything we needed and then some. We had a small hiccup in the beginning of the trip however that was no fault of the host or the house. Unfortunately the previous guests weren’t so Respectful of the house however Teresa’s cleaners did an amazing job and we never knew the difference. Overall excellent host excellent location absolutely wonderful family trip highly recommend Theresa and her home, and her cleaning crew :-)

Absolutely Perfect!
The condo had everything that we could have asked for in a vacation rental. The location with direct beach access could not have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious floor plan and all of the amenities! There was plenty of cookware and dishes which made it great to have meals at the condo. This provides the perfect amount of privacy and convenience. We will definitely choose 20 sand dollar for our next trip to miramar!

Great week at 20 Sanddollar
We had a great week in Miramar Beach over Memorial Day week at this townhome. We thought the unit was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of five! The location is great because the beach in that area is only used by these units. So the beach was never crowded. We had plenty of space to play cornhole, throw frisbees and a football, and play bocci ball. The two chairs and umbrella was nice and was out each morning around 7am. We also ordered 3 more and an extra umbrella. Very close to Pompano Joe’s for lunch or dinner. This rental is an end unit. So it has one of the best views. Teresa was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. I definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was great and the view from the deck was breathtaking. The house was immaculate with lots of welcoming amenities, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Excellent place and super easy process
We were very happy with this property! No issues at all. Location could not be easier, and it has everything you could need. There was a whole box of sand toys and beach equipment, so you don't need to bring anything. Loved being steps away from the beach so we could pop in & out multiple times per day.
I am sensitive to smells (and an allergy sufferer) and I loved that there were no overpowering fragrances in this place, it also was not musty or dusty at all! Linens seemed very clean. Thanks for that!!

Wish list might be nicer pots/pans and cooking utensils. A few small plastic cups for kids would have been nice too.

Amazing Rental! Just book it!
This townhome is in the perfect location! The balconies have an amazing view! You cannot get any closer to the beach! The beach was beautiful and the owners supplied extra chairs and beach toys for the kids. We had max capacity and there was plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and relaxing
Nice 3 story home. Right on the end of buildings. Parking is really narrow. If you have large vehicles it might be and issue. But other than that the place was great. Would definitely rent here again!

Unit 20 Sandollar Review
We had a good experience with renting this unit. It was clean when we got there and looked like the pictures they have posted. We had a problem with the cooling unit down stairs not cooling, we sent the owner a message and they called right back and had someone there to fix it with in the hour. It is a great unit on the beach to rent.

Great location for an awesome vacation. The only bad thing I can say is that the weather was not to much in our favour but we still had a great time.
The coffee machine kept on blocking up on the pod side. We just cleaned it out. Other than the coffee machine issue, great location and super comfortable condo. Loved it alot.

Great Location
Loved being on the beach. Several restaurants and shopping near by that were within walking distance. There were 3 couples and this house was very accommodating. It was so nice to begin and end each day on the balcony to listen and watch the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property. My only issue is that 5 star property fees are higher than what we typically have payed in the past for VRBO properties.

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach
This was a beautifully updated home with wonderful views of the beach. The home itself had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The "private beach" description was a little off since there is no way of keeping others from setting up right in front of your townhome. The signage is not helpful as it is too far back and facing the wrong direction. This is the only problem we had with the rental.
