A short walk from two subway stations, the Fraser Place Central Seoul is conveniently located near the main station where trains from the airport arrive. Rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped and staff very helpful.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious. It was great having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well. Very easy to catch buses from the hotel and not far from Seoul train station. Room was clean.

Not a lot interesting in the immediate area. However, there were plenty of bus stops just outside the hotel. Room outside the second bedroom was of a construction site. The hotel did not have luggage racks or stands for luggage.

The location was close to Myeongdong and other tourist destinations. My initial impression was they were helpful especially when I stored my luggage prior to checking in. The room service and the food was actually really good!

The furnishings and the hotel is pretty outdated circa 2000 motif. Furnitures were old and banged up, glass shower door did not close, and within I shot there were four constructions going on. Except for a few most of the staff seem to be aloof and even passive aggressive. I booked the wrong for three people and they charged us $30, 000 Korean won for an extra bed for a day. The Bell hop who brought the bed in and took it out seem to have a bad day and was ill-mannered. I think the staff needs to take some refresher classes in hospitality best practice.

We had an amazing time staying at Fraser Place Central Seoul. The check-in process was nice and smooth and staff were really friendly and helpful - as a bonus, we were also upgraded which was a lovely surprise! The room/suite was a great size, clean and had all the necessities. Check out was also very easy, and staff helped us with transport onto our next location. Also, did I mention the lobby smells AMAZING? We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and use some facilities after check out which was really helpful! Would highly recommend staying at Fraser Place Central.

1 Busstation oder 10 Minuten Gehweg von Seoul Station dem Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer in der Etage 16 war top. Ausstattung war mit Waschmaschine(Dazu sogar Waschmittel) und den üblichen Geräten. Trockner und Bügeleinen waren auch vorhanden und natürlich Wäscheständer. Ebenfalls Bank und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Das Geräusch der Klimaanlage selbst im ausgeschalteten Zustand war zu laut.

We had a very spacious room/apartment, with a separate bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet, a sofa and a kitchen with a washing machine... everything we could wish for! The machine even had detergent to use. The room had also fully functioning AC in both the living room and bedroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every occasion (recommendations, transports, luggage deposit). Location is ideal near Seoul Station, with many buses passing by and the station at around 10/15 min walking/1 bus stop! The area is very safe and full of mini markets, cafés, etc.

The room could have been cleaner, we found sometimes hair in our bedsheets and towels. By the end of the week the furniture had some dust. One of the armchairs had a cigarette burn. Toilets and bathrooms though were spotless, which was the most important for us.

The place was very well kept and clean. facilities like the pool and sky garden were awesome too. great location with several bus stops just around the hotel. would visit again!

Our room faced a construction work site directly and it could get very noisy from 8am.

The property was spacious and had kitchen and laundry facilities which was so great! It was in a convenient location, close to bus stops and walking distance to train stations. Also had lots of convenient stores nearby.

The staff were amazing and kind! Everything was clean and organised. It was so close to public transport and had so many great facilities! Would definitely stay again!

Upon our check-in, the front desk staff welcomed us, ensuring a seamless process—a gesture we greatly appreciated after our long journey. The apartment exceeded our expectations for an apartment hotel. With ample space for three adults, it exuded a comforting “home away from home” ambiance. Every amenity we’d expect in a residence was thoughtfully provided, including a fully equipped kitchenette complete with utensils, a washing machine/dryer (complete with a little satchel of washing powder), a drying rack, steam iron, and more. The cleaning crew left a lasting impression—they were not only fabulous but also incredibly friendly. One day, when we were in a rush to go out and didn’t manage to wash our mugs, they kindly washed them for us. Their dedication to their work truly stood out. They ensured our tea and coffee supplies were replenished daily and never missed leaving fresh water bottles. Our heartfelt thanks go out to them. Adjacent to the building, a Burger King awaits, which is useful when you arrive late in the evening and tired, and don’t have time to search for food. Additionally, there are convenience stores nearby. While these stores are compact, they suffice for essential needs. As for public transportation, we opted for taxis due to their convenience and affordability when traveling to Myeongdong or Hongdae. Before our arrival, we were forewarned about construction work near the building. However, the noise was minimal, hardly impacting our stay. Overall, our experience at Fraser Central Seoul was delightful, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Seoul.

Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus an den Flughafen und dann auch in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Tolle, moderne Zimmer beziehungsweise Appartements.

Der Baulärm war etwas unangenehm, aber sehr ehrlich und transparent und explizit angekündigt und damit auch ok (es beginnt eh erst um circa 08:00).

Sehr gute Lage, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Pool und Saunabereich wunderbar. Appartement gut ausgestattet. Flughafen-Bus direkt vor dem Hotel.

Das Appartement liess schon ein wenig Abnutzung erkennen.

ベッドルーム、バスルーム、トイレがそれぞれ２つずつあり、リビングスペースもゆったり広々としていたので、友達夫婦との宿泊でしたが、プライベートを守りつつ楽しく快適に過ごす事ができました。

The apartment was a great size. It was fabulous to have two bathrooms in a one bedroom apartment. The small kitchen had everything that you needed except a fridge, which seemed a little strange, but it didn’t matter to us because we weren’t cooking at the hotel. I do think a fridge would be a definite asset though. The apartment was exceptionally spacious & clean and the staff were great. We really liked where the location of the hotel was. Within walking distance from the Seoul train station and a short walk into the centre of the city. The bar/ lounge was closed on the weekend which was when we were there, which was disappointing, but everything else was exactly as we’d hoped for.

Just wished the lounge/ bar was open on the weekend. We did go into the restaurant for a drink but the size of the glass of wine was so small that we didn’t go back.

Gute Lage, mehrere U-Bahn-Linien und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, auch in der Küche (Reiskocher, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle). Sauber, guter Reinigungsservice. Wurde im Vorfeld auf Bauarbeiten hingewiesen.

Die Heizung im Zimmer war aus - dennoch hat sich das Apartment konsequent auf 25 Grad aufgeheizt (Fußbodenheizung), so das ich entweder das Fenster öffnen musste oder die Klimaanlage einschalten musste und dennoch nicht richtig schlafen konnte. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man als Gast nicht selbst entscheiden kann wie warm man es haben will. Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt Okay, aber das Sofa war sehr durchgesessen.

it is really convenient, if you take some time to walk around there are a lot of cafes, eateries, both korean and western. Years past it was hard to ffind salad food but now this area you can find salad based food if you a on a healthy diet like Salad says at 6-16 Sunhwa-dong. nearby from the main entrance take a short walk, there is burger king at 185 Sunhwa-dong, Lina's sandwich that serve nice coffee and sandwich. The back entrance you will find a few convenient stores, salad place and fried chicken etc. If you take a short walk towards the city hall station there is a famous ginseng chicken place at 1 seosomun-ro 11-gil, Seosomum-dong

If you need a place with kitchen, washing machine, microwave, etc. I highly recommend Fraser! Toiletries are a bit on the budget range (I suggest to bring your own), but all other amenities are great and room is spacious. It is an old place which were a bit dusty when i first arrived (i sneezed many many times), but had the housekeeping cleaned it for me and the rest of my stay was great. Location is good, nearby to city hall, seoul station. There is bus stop very nearby where you can take a short bus ride to gwanghamun, myeongdong, Namsan Tower, etc. Subway station is also only 7-10 mins walk away.

The room and the towels were a bit dusty when I arrived. Imagine wiping your face with a towel and you sneezed from the dust... Nooks and table were also a bit dusty I had to use wet tissue to clean it on my first day. I had the housekeeping clean the room the next day, and it was all okay.

Good facilities such as free gym, swimming pool and Sauna and specially we have a good time at billiard lounge which is not common to find from other hotels

1st day check in process was a bit slow and one of reception staffs were not that friendly or less smiling but other staffs are overall friendly and polite.

Reception service is bad, slow check in. The 7-11 nearby is not open 24 hours and it is small. Quite a distance to attractions and bus station, nothing to offer nearby.
