A very stylish hotel near COEX Centre. The hotel has laundry (4k Won cleaning & 4k Won drying), the gym, a cafeteria and a couple of restaurants. Metro station is directly in front of the hotel (and it has an elevator for those with the luggage). There is a luggage storage and also an exchange machine so you don’t need to worry about looking for money exchange office. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room is clean and has a modern bidet toilet.

The cafeteria closes at 18:00 which is too early. There are only two kinds of breakfast and none is a buffet.

シャワーの時にシャワー室の下から水が漏れてしまい、トイレや洗面に少し不便でした。

シャワールームのお湯が出なかったので、フロントへ電話した所、直ぐに対応してくださった。 しかも、私の取手のひねり方が悪かったせいもあるのに、それを表情に出さないまま、お湯の出方等のチェック後、笑顔で退室された。

歯ブラシと歯磨き粉が無い場合は。「ご自分でご用意ください」等、設備情報欄へ具体的な説明が欲しい。

ロケーションがよく、清潔、フレンドリー

朝エレベーターが3台中、1台しか動いていなくてすごく待ち、従業員用を見つけて使用した

the room is not big, but enough for the single person. very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Glad hotel is next to MRT, coex mall and airport bus stop, ur best choice in coex area.

駅近、建物が新しいので、トイレ温水シャワー付き、バスタブは無いけれど、シャワー2種水量も十分。ベッドも枕も違和感なく爆睡出来ました。

Great value. We stayed in the jumbo twin which had a massive king sized bed and a twin bed. The room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish the rooms were slightly bigger to allow for a table and wish jumbo twin rooms were at the front too to have the city views. But overall these were small things and we had a good experience.

The hotel is seemingly new and near to the subway exit just outside of the building and COEX across the road. Staff helped well accommodating finding another room as I was experiencing some issue with noisy neighbors. room are clean just I felt the standard of cleaning could be a little higher for the price of this hotel.

Rooms seem a little small and dark due to their design. Walls are quite thin and rooms aren’t soundproof therefore can hear neighbors or their tv quite well in the room and in the hallway, likewise cleaning staff can also be heard in the early morning. Outside there is some road construction going on which also starts quite early and can be heard quite well. there is 3 Elevators but these seem to be pretty slow.

It was in a great location, staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions when we could. There was a currency exchange kiosk in the lobby that was very helpful.

Our room was at 25 degrees (celsius) when we arrived, too hot to sleep. Even after opening a window and turning the thermostat down it was still warm until we left 3 days later. A lot of construction near the hotel that goes on all night.
