They catered very well for coeliacs and I was not ill by eating there. I had both an evening meal and the included breakfast. I loved the gluten free stand for breakfast. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, as to the changing area and steam room. Room was comfortable enough, bathroom a little small, but shower was excellent. Hotel was in a prime position for the NEC. Very easy. Will stay again if I go to the NEC. Staff were all very friendly and willing to help with a discussion of options for gluten free eating and were even willing to discuss potential cross contamination risks in the kitchen so I could choose options with the least risk.

Jacuzzi not working in the leisure facilities and the plane noise from the airport. Thought that more could be done about the glazing to reduce noise.

Great family hotel- My children are alway very comfortable staying here. The staff are always friendly and accomadating. I love that there the baths are Large. The Microvave provision, 24hr food, pool/sauna, Starbucks cafe are a nice touch.

There can be a lack of parking to off load at reception- Parking should also be free.

Comfortable room

Hotel had decided to throw an amateur boxing night on the same night as we stayed with our 2 year old. Car parking was extremely limited and it was an intimidating atmosphere. There were groups of grown men taking drugs in their cars in the car park. We kept having people knock on our door and run off! For the money, this was really disappointing.

Matress was comfortable. Shower was very powerful. Staff tried their best but made a series of mistakes. Room was very quiet.

I had booked a double room, but when I checked in I had been allocated a twin (singles), in which the a/c didn't work. So I went to reception and asked if they had another room with the double bed I had paid for. With no objection they allocated a different room. This one was also a twin single. As it was 1am I could not be bothered to walk back to reception and ask for a 3rd, but correct room. The single beds were narrow even for singles. Carpets throughout the property are dirty and stained. Also in the room, there were stains throughout. The hotel is about a 8-10 min drive from the airport. The shuttle bus is infrequent.

Everything about it, the cleanliness of the room and pool, and service of staff was fabulous. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The jacuzzi and steam room was lovely too. All in all, a fantastic stay with my family
