Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji. Śniadanie już od 6 rano jest dużym atutem, jeśli ma się wyjazd wcześnie rano.

W mapach Google ten obiekt po wpisaniu adresu pokazuje, że jest 15 minut piechotą od lotniska, co nie jest prawdą. Warto to poprawić, by nie wprowdzać ludzi w błąd.

The location

I paid for a room that slept 4. I had one double bed and a slightly larger than single sofa bed, that was far too small to fit two people and it was extremely uncomfortable and clearly needs to be renewed! The room wasn’t very clean and neither was the toilet. Very disappointed!

The breakfast 😋 was really good and plenty of choice

The parking charges were bad 👎, I paid at the machine where it took £8 from my account but I have received a parking ticket from the company that does your parking, please find a better and easier way to take the payment

Really comfortable bed. Perfectly good breakfast and all your staff were efficient, pleasant and polite....you should be proud of them as they are so important to your business. i found it easy to talk to them and relax.

I thought that one plug point was not working in my room, but I might be wrong. my evening meal was OK for the price but no salt/pepper on the table...trivial problems in the great scheme of things

Extremely friendly reception on arrival. Lots of choice for breakfast. Really big comfortable bed.

I wish there was also conditioner for hair. I couldn't wash my hair because of no conditioner. Shampoo was there. Thanks i wish there is parking facility. .

Paying a 3rd party company to park parking should be free for guests I know close to airport but should still be validated

El trato del por parte del recepcionista alto con gafas nos trato mal por no hablar ingles,ni se molesto en buscar otro metodo de respondernos solo se molestaba por todo y noa dio una habitacion demasiado pequeña, deberian de hablar un poco español ya que en españa hablamos todos los de los hoteles en ingles una verguenza por parte de ese recepcionista

Didn't have breakfast as left too early . Convenient location

Lots of noises throughout the night I barely slept . Everytime someone went to the toilet the pipe work sounds from bove and next door. I had only been there an hour when another guest gained entry to my room while I was in it. I reported to reception. He could ha e done that if I hadnt been In the room. I could have been undressed? Made me feel uncomfortable .

Good choice of breakfast, including some gluten free options. The room was okay and comfortable. It was good to be able to buy some toiletries I had forgotten

The TV didn't work with BBC1, there was no sound and I found the previous occupants discarded contact lenses on the bedside table so cleanliness could have been better

ive stayed here before, staff are always excellent. Breakfast is how i want it - no fuss but enough of it and a relaxed atmosphere. I like the facilities in the lobby and the general business like but relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are attentive, friendly and are willing to be human with you too.

the only thing i'd like is a gym, but other than that its all good.

Not easy accessible from the train station. No taxi available as no events on at NEC We booked one to take us to hotel It didn’t arrive so we walked. Took 25 mins across main roads and car parks. No shuttle bus to airport in the morning. (Apparently they used to but no longer provide that service) Lots of confusion at check in as one system was down so only one person on desk. After a wait the was also confusion on if room had been paid or not! Fire Alarm was set off at 6am for 10 seconds (if that was a test then a more appropriate time would be better)

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The shower was good and I liked the Dove products for hand wash and shower gel. The breakfast was good.

Having to pay for the car park.

It was Cheap and cheerful and included Breakfast.Room was clean and tidy.

Paying for parking inside hotel grounds meant that the cost ended up being the same as more expensive and luxurious hotels. Room was a bit dated and beds not very comfortable. Breakfast was average and the coffee really not nice.

Hot breakfast is too late at 7 am. One of the staff in reception was very stressed and therefore a little snappy. More staff needed for massive checkins
