Location is very good. The staff is very helpful and reception is 24/7. I like the free water, tea and coffee section. Tube is close and the area is very beautiful. I loved the fact they don't have carpet and that the kitchen is very well equipped. nice size tv. Great security all over the building. Reception is cosy and modern.

Comfort of beds can be improved as they don't offer any topper if they unify 2 single beds in one. the curtains are too small so a lot of sunlight is coming inside the room and if it bothers you there is no option to avoid it. During the day from 11 am to 11 pm there is a strong noise coming from a fan of a restaurant below which is really annoying if you want to take a nap during daytime. Its not a cheap hotel for what they give, but you pay the location. They could offer breakfast or some food if you pay extra.

We stayed in late June in a Deluxe Studio with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old "kids". The location was very convenient to the underground station (Gloucester Road) and the parks. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Tesco Express market and restaurants and pubs close by. The room was nice and clean though a little small (not surprisingly). There was a double bed and a sofa bed. We appreciated having the small kitchen and the laundrette, and the water dispenser (to fill our bottles) and coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and updated. The room was quiet and we didn't hear much noise from other rooms or from outside. The weather was not very hot when we were there, but nevertheless, the room temperature was very comfortable during the length of our stay.

The room was a bit small, but not surprisingly.

Location was good and easy to access.

We booked a bedroom was booked for 4 and was set up only for 2. We asked for it to be done, where told they will make the room for us. But we got to our room late, nothing was done. Really the last thing you want to sort out when you get back after a long day. No spare set of towels were provided . On top, the bathroom had some issues and the shower was making a very load noise. The place is really not well looked after .

Well appointed studio. Small kitchenette was ideal for a 4 night stay in London. 10min walk to Gloucester Road Tube and Waitrose supermarket was great as we could buy food for the next few days breakfast on the way back and prep it in the studio.

Bed and pillows were a bit soft

The location is ideal for easy access to Kensington and Hyde Parks, resturaunts and shops as well as to Gloucester Road tube station, with trains directly to Heathrow Airport. The front desk staff are courteous and always helpful

Renovation works were a bit noisy during the daytime. As with many London properties.

Location is good, room service only once a week.

No drinking water at all, you have to buy it for yourself because they are having shipment issues.

The room was spacious for four people and had all the required amenities. Also very clean.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - 2 min walk to the tube and walking distance to great cafes and restaurants and very central to get to major landmarks. Room was very nicely presented and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There is a kitchenette in the room (which is more like a small apartment) so you could self-cater too. And there is a laundrette for the complex, which is very convenient for doing a quick load of washing for travellers doing extended trips.
